FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
What are mobile proxies good for?
I found mobile proxies many times cheaper than yours.
Can I change the mobile proxy IP address?
Yes, there are several ways to change the IP:
1. By link (manual) — after ordering, the system issues a unique link. Each click on it triggers an IP change. The link is in "My Proxies" in the "Change IP" column.
2. By timer (automatic) — set an interval from 2 minutes to 1440 minutes (1 day). The IP will change automatically at the specified frequency.
3. Via API — GET request to changeip.mobileproxy.space/?proxy_key={key}&format=json. See "How to change IP via API" article for details.
Important:
- Minimum 30 seconds between IP changes on one proxy
- Average IP change time — about 5 seconds
- Sometimes the operator may issue the same IP — this is a feature of mobile networks, try again
What is changing an IP address via a link?
"IP change by link" is a method of manually controlling IP address changes for your proxy.
How it works:
- After ordering, the system generates a unique link for IP change
- The link is in "My Proxies" in the "Change IP" column
- Each click on this link (browser or GET request) triggers an IP change
- Average change time — about 5 seconds
Example link:https://changeip.mobileproxy.space/?proxy_key=abc123def456
Can be used in code:
curl "https://changeip.mobileproxy.space/?proxy_key=YOUR_KEY&format=json"
JSON response: {"status":"OK","new_ip":"185.x.x.x","rt":"5.15"}
Limits: minimum 30 seconds between changes per proxy. For GET requests, browser User-Agent is required.
Can I use mobile proxies in specialized programs?
What is the maximum number of connections possible?
Each mobile proxy supports up to 250 simultaneous connections.
What this means:
- You can use the same proxy (host:port:login:password) in multiple programs, scripts, or antidetect profiles simultaneously
- All connections will go through the same IP at any given time
- 250 is the limit per single proxy — you can have many proxies on your account
Practical recommendations:
- With very high parallel requests, the speed will be divided between connections
- For parsing in many threads, consider backconnect proxies (up to 5 simultaneous connections with different IPs)
- Optimal thread count is found experimentally — depends on your software and target site
What speed do mobile proxies have?
What is the advantage of mobile IPs?
How many sessions can you run on a port?
Each mobile proxy port supports up to 250 simultaneous connections (sessions).
This is sufficient for most tasks: antidetect browsers, parsing, bots, messengers, and other applications.
If you have very high parallelism — we recommend testing on a free trial proxy before mass usage.
For what resources are proxies suitable?
I want to make money from mobile proxies, how can I do this?
Several ways to earn:
1. Affiliate program — bring clients and earn 16% lifetime commission from their payments. Affiliate page.
2. Reselling — resell our proxies with your own markup via a reseller dashboard. Cooperation page.
3. Hosting your own modems — provide modems and SIM cards, we pay you a percentage from their use. More info.
When changing IP I get an error message
My mobile proxy lease has expired, can I get it back?
Yes, an expired proxy can be renewed and brought back to work — if equipment is still available.
How to restore:
- Go to "My Proxies"
- Check "Show expired" above the table
- Reload the page — you'll see all proxies you've ever had
- Click "Renew" next to the desired proxy
- If equipment is available — renewal will succeed, credentials will be preserved
If equipment is no longer available:
- "Renew" button will be unavailable
- You can buy a similar proxy with same GEO (but credentials will be new)
Important: proxies older than 6 months are moved to archive. To restore them, contact support.
Can I use mobile proxies for spam?
No, using our proxies for spam is prohibited.
Prohibited activities include:
- Mass distribution of unsolicited messages (email, SMS, messenger spam)
- DDoS attacks and vulnerability scanning
- Phishing and malware distribution
- Any activity violating laws of the country where equipment is located
Violation of our rules results in account block without refund. See public offer for details.
The speed of the mobile proxy has dropped, what should I do?
SMS Isn’t Coming Through During Registration — What Should I Do?
If the SMS with the password doesn’t arrive during registration or sign-in: 1. Check the phone number format — enter it as +7XXXXXXXXXX or 8XXXXXXXXXX (for Russia). For other countries — include the country code. 2. Turn off your VPN — with VPN enabled, the SMS may not be delivered because the system detects you in another country. 3. Wait 2-3 minutes — sometimes delivery is delayed by the mobile carrier. 4. Check the «Spam» folder — if you provided an email to receive the code. 5. Foreign numbers — SMS delivery to numbers in some countries may be restricted. Try using another number. If nothing helps — write to the support chat or the Telegram bot, and an operator will help you complete registration manually.
If the code is sent to your email but doesn’t arrive. Corporate mail servers often reject emails from services that are not on the trusted sender list. In that case, the message doesn’t even reach spam: it gets blocked by the inbound gateway, especially at banks and other financial organizations.
- check the “Spam” and “Quarantine” folders — in corporate email, these are different places;
- during registration, use a public email service address, and add your work email later;
- if the email absolutely has to be sent to your work address, write to the chat: we’ll send the code manually and tell you which address to whitelist on your side.
If the SMS still doesn’t arrive, try two more steps. Click “Resend code”: the first attempt may not have come through due to network congestion on the carrier’s side. Also check whether receiving messages from short numbers is disabled on your line — on some plans, and on almost all corporate SIM cards, this service is turned off; you can see it in your mobile operator’s personal account. While roaming, delivery usually takes longer than usual, and restarting your phone can help.
The IP address issued by the proxy does not match the specified GEO, why?
We cannot guarantee how services determine GEO addresses or where they get their databases. The equipment is 100% located in the specified city, but the mobile operator may issue an IP that GeoIP databases associate with another region.
Why this happens:
- Mobile operators use IP pools that may be registered to the operator's headquarters (e.g., Moscow), not the city of the cell tower
- Different verification services (2ip.ru, iplocation.net, ipinfo.io) use different GeoIP databases and may show different cities for the same IP
- When changing IP, you get a random address from the operator's pool — it may be detected as a different city
What you can do:
- Try changing the IP several times — the next one may be detected correctly
- Try changing equipment to another operator in the same city
- For verification, use multiple services: ipinfo.io, ip-api.com, ipgeolocation.io — if at least one shows the correct city, the IP is likely from the right region
How often can you change GEO or operator?
Minimum 2 minutes must pass between equipment changes (country, city, operator) on one proxy.
Change methods:
- Via dashboard: "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) → "Change GEO, operator"
- Via API:
change_equipmentcommand - Automatically: with auto-change enabled — system changes itself on errors
Important: when changing country, rental time will be recalculated according to new GEO rates — period may decrease or increase. When changing city/operator within the same country, rental time does not change.
How often can I change the IP address on mobile proxies?
Minimum 30 seconds must pass between IP changes on one proxy.
If you try to change the IP more often, the request will be rejected. This limit applies regardless of the change method: by link, by timer, or via API.
Average change execution time — about 5 seconds after clicking the link.
Minimum auto-change timer — 2 minutes. You can set any interval from 2 to 1440 minutes (1 day).
Useful to know: the mobile operator sometimes issues the same IP from its pool — this is a feature of mobile networks. In this case, try changing the IP again after 30 seconds.
How long does it take for mobile proxies to change IP?
The average IP change time on mobile proxies is about 5 seconds.
In rare cases, the time may increase to 10–15 seconds due to:
- Cellular network load
- Specific operator characteristics (MTS, MegaFon, Beeline, Tele2 may differ)
- Current connection quality at the cell tower
Current statistics on average IP change speed are published in our Telegram channel and VKontakte group.
Do you have restrictions on access to sites?
From our side, we do not restrict access to any sites. You get regular mobile internet through our proxy.
However, restrictions are possible from other sides:
- Regional blocks by mobile operators — some operators block certain sites per local laws
- Geo-restrictions by sites — some services are available only from certain countries
- Corporate "whitelists" — if the operator activates filtering for business subscribers
If a specific site doesn't open, try changing equipment to another operator or country.
What you can restrict yourself:
- In proxy settings, you can enable "site whitelist" — access only to specified domains
The proxies didn't work for me — do you offer refunds?
Yes, we refund unused rental time. A refund is possible at any time during the rental.
How to request a refund:
- Via the auto-bot in chat — fastest way for refund to balance
- Via support — if you want to refund to card/wallet
Refund methods:
- To dashboard balance — instant, funds usable immediately
- To card — to the card used for payment (1–5 business days)
- To crypto wallet — to the same wallet, usually within 24 hours
- To e-wallets (Payeer, Capitalist, AdvCash, WebMoney) — usually instant
- To LLC/IE settlement account — up to 7 business days
Refund amount is calculated proportionally to unused rental time.
Can I change GEO and operator of a proxy?
Yes, GEO and operator can be changed.
How to change:
- "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) at the proxy → "Change GEO, operator"
- Choose country, city, server, operator (fill all fields for best result)
- Optionally add current equipment to blacklist
- Confirm change
Important about time recalculation:
- When changing country, rental time is recalculated by rates of new GEO — period may decrease (if new GEO is more expensive) or increase (if cheaper)
- When changing city or operator within same country, rental time does NOT change
Limit: minimum 2 minutes between changes.
Do I need to specify the wallet number for a BinancePay refund?
No. The refund will be made to the Binance wallet from which the payment was made.
How do I delete my account?
What is the refund timeframe?
Refund timing:
- Refund to dashboard balance — instant, funds can be used immediately for other proxies
- Refund to bank card — 1 to 5 business days (depends on the bank, in rare cases up to 30 days)
- Refund to crypto wallet — usually within 24 hours
- Refund to e-wallets (Payeer, Capitalist, AdvCash) — usually instant
- Refund via bank transfer (LLC/individual entrepreneur) — to your settlement account, up to 7 business days
Application processing time — up to 7 days (typically processed within 1 day).
Refunds always go to the original payment method.

proxy_key— from the "My Proxies" table, "Change IP" columnformat=json— response in JSON (without this parameter — HTML)
Response (JSON):
{"status":"OK","new_ip":"185.x.x.x","rt":"2.45","proxy_id":12345}Limits:
- Minimum interval between IP changes: 30 seconds per proxy_key (Memcached lock)
- API rate limit: 3 requests/sec total (×number of active proxies)
- Browser User-Agent header required
Average IP change time: ~5 seconds.
How do I get the list of active proxies via API?
GET request to the get_my_proxy endpoint:
curl "/api.html?command=get_my_proxy" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"
What is returned (JSON):
- Proxy ID (PID)
- Host, HTTP and SOCKS5 ports
- Login and password
- Country, city, operator
- Rental expiration date
- Auto-renewal status
- IP change link
Limits: 3 requests per second per token. To get a specific proxy, add the parameter &proxy_id=12345.
How do I check the current IP of a proxy via API?
GET request to the proxy_ip endpoint:
curl "/api.html?command=proxy_ip&proxy_id=12345" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"
Parameters:
proxy_id— one or several IDs separated by commas:proxy_id=1,2,3check_spam=true— additionally checks the IP in spam databases (optional)
Response (JSON):
{"12345":{"ip":"185.x.x.x","status":"OK","spam":false}}Convenient for monitoring the operability of multiple proxies at once.
Which protocols are supported?
Our proxies support the following protocols:
HTTP port — works with regular HTTP requests and with HTTPS via the CONNECT method (tunneling). This means you can use one HTTP port for both HTTP and HTTPS websites. Browsers, Playwright, Selenium, and other tools automatically use the CONNECT method for HTTPS.
SOCKS5 port — universal protocol, supports any TCP traffic, including HTTP and HTTPS. Also supports UDP ASSOCIATE — UDP traffic transmission (used in VoIP, some games, DNS queries, and other UDP applications). The SOCKS5 port = HTTP port + 1.
SOCKS4/4a — backward compatibility, works on the same SOCKS5 port. TCP only.
Both ports (HTTP and SOCKS5) are issued simultaneously when you rent a proxy. Which one to use depends on your software. For most tasks, the HTTP port is suitable. For UDP traffic, use SOCKS5.
What is the API rate limit?
General API limit: 3 requests per second (multiplied by the number of active proxies on the account).
Identical requests: blocked for 3 seconds (you cannot send two identical requests in a row).
IP change: separate limit — no more than once per 30 seconds per proxy_key.
Equipment change: 120-second cooldown (2 minutes) between changes for one proxy.
IP whitelist: you can specify trusted IP addresses for API requests in account settings — requests from other IPs will be rejected.

How do I add equipment to the blacklist?
The equipment blacklist prevents reselection of a problematic modem during subsequent changes.
How to add:
- When changing GEO/operator — check "Add to blacklist" in the change form
- Via API —
&blacklist=1parameter in thechange_equipmentcommand
List management:
"My Proxies" section → "Blacklist" — here you can view all added modems and delete unwanted entries.
When to use:
- Modem works slowly or unstably
- Equipment IP is blocked on the site you need
- No connectivity with certain services through this modem
How do I block an operator?
If a particular mobile operator is unsuitable for your tasks (works poorly with the needed site, low speed, etc.), you can block them.
How to block:
- "My Proxies" section → "Operator Blacklist"
- Choose the operator from the list
- Specify a PID (block for that proxy only) or leave empty (for all proxies on the account)
- Save
The blocked operator will no longer appear during manual or automatic equipment changes.
Clear list: in the same section there is a mass clear function — removes all blocks with one click.
What is auto-change of equipment?
Auto-change of equipment — a function that automatically replaces the modem when problems arise.
When triggered:
- Proxy doesn't respond to requests (connection error)
- Errors occur during IP change
- Periodic equipment change timer is enabled
Auto-change geography — configurable:
- No restrictions (any country)
- Within country
- Within region/territory
- Within city
Behavior:
- Preserves the current operator (if it was MegaFon — will choose MegaFon if available)
- If the operator is unavailable — chooses the fastest from available
- The same setting applies to manual change and via API if GEO is not specified explicitly
Enable/disable auto-change in each proxy's settings (Operations → Settings).
How often can I change equipment manually?
You can change equipment manually no more than once every 10 minutes.
How to change:
- "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) → "Change GEO, operator"
- Select parameters: country, city, server, operator
- Specify reason for change (quick options available)
- Optionally check "Add to blacklist"
- Confirm
Tip: when changing, fill in all fields (country, city, operator, server) — this gives a more predictable result than choosing "Fastest".
If the proxy check via the green indicator showed an error — the equipment change timeout is reset, you can change immediately without waiting 10 minutes.
What happens during automatic equipment change?
When automatic equipment change is triggered, the system:
- Keeps the current carrier — if, for example, it was MegaFon, it will try to pick another modem with MegaFon
- If that carrier isn’t available — it will select the fastest available modem
- Geography is limited by the auto-switch setting — no restrictions / within a country / region / city
What does NOT change during auto-switching:
- Proxy credentials on backup hosts (mproxy.site, bproxy.site, fproxy.site, gproxy.site, nproxy.site, oproxy.site, nproxy.site, oproxy.site) — login, password, and port stay the same
- Rental period (if the switch is within the same country)
What changes:
- IP address
- Specific modem (the PID changes to a technically different one, but the same ID is shown in the dashboard)
- With IP authorization — the connection details for IP access may change
How do I set up IP authentication?
What changes when binding an IP address?
IMPORTANT: when binding an IP address, you receive additional credentials for accessing the proxy without login/password.
What's important to know:
- Login/password access on previous credentials (mproxy.site, bproxy.site, etc.) is preserved — old settings will continue to work
- New credentials for IP authentication only work from your specified IP addresses (no password)
- When changing GEO or operator, IP authentication credentials change — you need to update settings in your software
When IP authentication is convenient:
- Devices that don't support login/password input (PS4, PS5, Xbox, Smart TV, some routers)
- Scripts where you don't want to store passwords in code
- Proxy setup for an entire office subnet
You can use both methods at the same time.
How do I set up automatic IP change by timer?
How do I reboot the equipment?
Equipment reboot helps with low speed or IP change errors.
How to reboot:
- "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) → "Reboot Equipment"
- Confirm the action
- Wait ~1 minute — the port will be unavailable during reboot
Limits:
- Reboot is allowed no more than once every 30 minutes
- The proxy doesn't respond during reboot
When to reboot:
- Proxy speed dropped sharply
- Cannot change IP (hangs or returns the same)
- Proxy stopped responding but equipment change is undesirable
If reboot doesn't help — try changing equipment.
How does auto-renewal work?
How to turn off auto-renewal. “My proxies” → the settings icon for the required port → uncheck “Auto-renewal” → save. To disable it for several ports at once, tick them in the list and choose “Actions for selected” → “Auto-renewal off”.
After you disable it, the port will keep working until the end of the already paid period, and then it will be released. No further charges will be made.
If the charge has already gone through and you no longer need the proxy, write to the chat right after the charge. The money is refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, with a processing time of up to 5 days.
How do I choose the auto-renewal period?
The auto-renewal period is configured individually for each proxy.
Available periods: 1 / 7 / 30 / 90 / 365 days
How to set up:
- "My Proxies" → settings icon (⚙) at the desired proxy
- In the "Auto-renewal" block, select a period from the dropdown
- Save
How it works:
- 6 hours before rental ends, system checks balance
- If enough funds — extends for the chosen period
- If not enough for the full period — tries a smaller one (e.g., not enough for 30 days — tries 7)
- The setting is also used for subscription extension with linked card
Tip: longer periods (90, 365 days) are often more cost-effective per day. Compare in current rates.
How does the 3% discount subscription work?
The 3% discount subscription is automatic proxy renewal from a linked bank card with a discount.
How to enable:
- In account settings, click "Bind Card"
- Enter card details — system charges 1 RUB for verification (returns to your balance)
- After binding, auto-renewal will work with 3% discount
How it works:
- 6 hours before rental ends, system automatically charges the card for the chosen period minus 3%
- If charge fails — retry attempt 1 hour before rental ends
- Subscription is issued for 1 year (auto-renewed)
Additional discounts can stack:
- +1% for Telegram channel subscription
- +1% for VKontakte group subscription
- Total up to 5% discount on auto-renewal
You can cancel the subscription at any time in account settings.

Can I select multiple countries/cities/operators during mass equipment change?
Multi-select parameters when changing proxies
How it works
You can select multiple countries, cities, servers, or operators at the same time.
When changing proxies
Parameters are distributed across proxies sequentially.
What is a proxy?
A proxy server is an intermediary between your device and the internet. When you connect to a website through a proxy, the website sees the IP of the proxy, not your real IP.
Why use one:
- Hide your real IP — for privacy or to bypass blocks
- Get an IP from another country/city — to access regional content
- Manage multiple accounts — each on its own IP, to avoid bans
- Parsing and automation — bypass per-IP request limits
Types of proxies:
- Mobile — IP of a mobile carrier. High trust on social networks, dynamic IP, can be changed
- Server — IP from a data center. High speed, static IP, but easier to detect
Protocols:
- HTTP/HTTPS — for web traffic, supported by most browsers and software
- SOCKS5 — universal, supports any protocol (TCP and UDP)

Automatic refund of funds to balance when canceling a proxy
A bot is now available that automatically calculates and refunds your funds to balance when you cancel a proxy.
How it works:
The bot accepts a PID (up to 5 at a time) for proxies you wish to cancel and processes a refund for each, returning the unused portion of rental time to your balance — without operator wait time.

If you pay by bank transfer (via the settlement account of an LLC or individual entrepreneur), copies of closing documents — Act and Universal Transfer Document (UPD) — can be downloaded in the history, in the "Bank Transfer Payments History" table, immediately after funds arrive on the balance.
We send originals via EDI (electronic document management) on Fridays.
Important (from 01.01.2026): per legislative changes, work completion acts cannot be sent via EDI — only UPD with status 02. We send documents in UPD format.
EDI ID (GUID): 2BM-431208459003--2016021211105503164900000000. We use Kontur.Diadoc.
First purchase coupon — 20%
Coupons for first purchase are issued only after receiving the first proxy as a free trial.
The client provides an email — a code is sent to it for entry on the site — after entering the correct code the client immediately receives a 20% discount coupon.
Where to find the coupon:
- Pop-up window on every site page — appears immediately after activation
- Via email — arrives after the trial ends
- In the Coupons section in the dashboard
If the coupon didn't arrive: check your spam folder. If not there either — contact support, the operator will find or generate a coupon manually.
Validity: the coupon is valid for a limited time. Use it on the first purchase for maximum discount.
Equipment Change Bot — instructions
Overview
The bot automates equipment change (proxy) via the Talk-me chat. The client has two ways to change equipment:
- Quick change — the bot automatically selects new equipment (similar to the "Fastest" option)
- Change with GEO selection — the client picks country / city / operator
For more detail, see the documentation in the dashboard.
Backconnect proxies
Backconnect proxies are built on mobile ports: each request goes out with a new IP address, which means your traffic is routed through a different device. Read more in the complete guide to backconnect proxies.
What you need to keep in mind:
- up to 5 simultaneous connections per port;
- currently available only for Russia;
- there is no manual IP change or GEO selection — rotation happens automatically on every request;
- additional account tools designed for mobile ports do not apply to backconnect.
The main thing to remember when switching to backconnect is that each next request goes out from a different address, so scenarios that require a single session will not work.
What tasks backconnect is not suitable for. The address behind the entry point changes with every request, so anything that depends on a session will break:
- work with authentication and long sessions — a change of address will log you out of the account;
- services that bind a session to an address, including ad accounts and payments;
- shopping carts and multi-step forms where state is stored in the session.
For these tasks, use a regular mobile port with IP change via link: the address stays the same until you change it yourself.
The ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED error when connecting means the tunnel to the entry point was not established. Usually this is caused by an incorrect port, a mismatched protocol (HTTP instead of SOCKS5), or connecting from an address that has not been added to the allowlist.
Proxy doesn't work with HTTPS in Playwright/Selenium (ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED)
If you get the error ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED when accessing HTTPS sites through the proxy in Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools — this is most often a setup issue.
Recommendations:
- Make sure you specify the proxy as
http://host:port(not https://) — even for HTTPS sites, the proxy address starts with http:// - Check that login/password are passed correctly
- Try the SOCKS5 port instead of HTTP
- Try backup hosts
Proxy not working — step-by-step guide
If the proxy won’t connect or doesn’t load pages, try the following in order:
Step 1. Check the credentials — copy the host, port, username, and password from your account (My proxies → Operations → Direct credentials). Don’t enter them manually.
Step 2. Try the backup hosts. The port, username, and password stay the same; only the host changes:
- HTTP: mproxy.site, fproxy.site, nproxy.site
- SOCKS5: bproxy.site, gproxy.site, oproxy.site
Step 3. Restart the equipment: My proxies → Operations → Restart equipment. Wait 1 minute.
Step 4. Change the equipment: My proxies → Operations → GEO, carrier change. Fill in all fields (country, city, carrier) — don’t leave any blank and don’t choose "Fastest".
Step 5. Restart your browser, profile, or device.
Step 6. If nothing helped — contact support and include the proxy PID (the number in the first column of the "My proxies" table).
“Multi-account” error during registration or when claiming a trial
If you see the "We do not like multiaccounting" error when registering or claiming a trial proxy, the system has detected signs of a duplicate registration.
Possible reasons (even on your first registration):
- VPN is enabled — turn it off and try again
- Public Wi-Fi network — another user has already registered from this IP
- The phone number was previously used by someone else
- An error when entering the password the first time → re-registration → the system flags it as multi-accounting
What to do:
- Turn off VPN
- Try using mobile internet instead of Wi-Fi
- Try a different device
- If that doesn’t help, contact support — the operator will unblock it manually
What’s available if the trial is denied. The rejection applies only to the free trial and does not affect purchases in any way: all plans and locations are available right away.
- Coupons for a free 2–3 hour trial are handed out by the marketing team on relevant forums; you can activate them on the /coupons.html?testing page;
- a repeat trial can be issued through support — write to the chat and we’ll check why the verification was triggered;
- a 20% off coupon is applied to your first purchase, and it arrives after you confirm your email.
Most often, the verification is triggered by a shared network: an office, coworking space, or a mobile carrier with a shared IP address, from which another person registered before you. If you’re using a VPN or a browser with profile isolation, disable them during registration: they create exactly the set of signals the system uses to identify the account as a duplicate.
How to set up a proxy on iPhone / iOS
Method 1: Via Wi-Fi settings (HTTP only)
- Settings → Wi-Fi → tap (i) on the connected network

- Address: host from dashboard, Port: your port
- Login and password from dashboard
- Enable connection
Detailed guide with screenshots: on our website
How to set up a proxy on Mac
System settings:
- System Settings → Network → Wi-Fi (or Ethernet) → Details → Proxies
- Enable "Web Proxy (HTTP)" — enter server and HTTP port from dashboard
- Enable "Secure Web Proxy (HTTPS)" — same server and port
- For SOCKS5: enable "SOCKS Proxy" — enter host and SOCKS port from dashboard
- Check "Proxy server requires password" — enter login and password
Important: system proxy settings only work for HTTP/HTTPS browser traffic. For full proxying of all applications, use Proxifier or similar tools.
The required GEO, city, or operator is not available
Equipment availability changes in real time — modems become free as other clients end their rental.
What to do:
- Check the server status page: /server-status.html — current availability
- Try later — equipment is regularly freed up
- Consider a nearby city or another operator in the same region
- Contact support — we will inform you of approximate timing for the desired GEO
The platform operates ~30,000 modems in 47+ countries on ~500 servers. Popular destinations (Moscow, Kazakhstan, Georgia) may be temporarily occupied during peak hours.
Compensation for proxy downtime
If a proxy was not working through our fault (server failure, technical maintenance, equipment unavailability), you may request compensation.
How to request: contact support indicating the PID and the downtime period.
Compensation form: additional days added to the rental, or refund to balance proportional to the downtime.
Important: compensation is provided for downtime caused by issues on our side. If the proxy is not working due to settings on the client side — please contact support for diagnostics.
Can I pause (freeze) the proxy?
Currently, the pause/freeze rental function is not available. The rental time continues from the moment of purchase.
Alternatives:
- Refund the remaining time to balance and buy a new proxy when you need it
- For the refund, contact support or use the automatic refund bot
How do I change equipment (GEO/operator) via API?
GET request:
/api.html?command=change_equipment&proxy_id={id}Header: Authorization: Bearer {token}
Optional parameters:
country_id— country IDcity_id— city IDoperator_id— operator ID
If parameters are not specified — the system will choose optimal equipment automatically.
To get GEO lists: command=get_geo_list, command=get_id_country, command=get_id_city, command=get_operators_list
Cooldown: 120 seconds (2 minutes) between changes for one proxy.
Documentation: /user.html?api
How do I withdraw money from my balance?
To withdraw funds from your account balance:
- Go to Settings → the “Billing” section
- Submit a withdrawal request, specifying the amount and payment details
Withdrawal methods:
- To a bank card — refunded to the card used for payment
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, etc.)
- Business checking account for sole proprietors/LLCs
Processing times: request review — up to 7 days. Refund to card — from 5 to 30 banking days (depending on the bank).
Proxy refund. If you cancel your proxy service, the funds are refunded using the same payment method you used to pay. Processing time — up to 5 days.
The refund can be partial: specific ports are refunded, not the entire order. In your request, specify the PID of the proxies you want to cancel; the rest will keep working. The amount is calculated proportionally to the unused rental time.
Also, funds on your internal balance can be used to pay for any plan and any location, with no spending restrictions. If the balance came from a refund and you don’t plan to use it, write to the chat — we’ll look into your case separately.
Can I register without a phone number?
To register on the website, a phone number is required — an SMS with password will be sent to it.
If you cannot receive SMS:
- Write to our Telegram bot — you can register via Telegram account without a phone number
- Or contact support chat — the operator will help with registration
Why does the city or region change when I change IP?
When you change the IP, the mobile operator issues a random address from their pool. This address may be detected by GeoIP services as a different city — this is a normal feature of mobile networks.
Why this happens:
- Mobile operators use shared IP pools across large regions
- The IP may be registered to the operator's headquarters (e.g., Moscow), even though the cell tower is in another city
- GeoIP databases (2ip, ipinfo) update with delay
What to do:
- Change IP several times — the next address may be detected correctly
- Change equipment to another operator in the same city
- The equipment is physically located in the specified city — this is guaranteed
How to Set Up Proxifier
Adding a proxy:
- Open Proxifier → Profile → Proxy Servers → Add
- Address: host from the dashboard (for example, mproxy.site)
- Port: the HTTP port or SOCKS5 port from the dashboard
- Protocol: select SOCKS Version 5 or HTTPS
- Check Authentication — enter the login and password from the dashboard
- Click Check → OK
Rule setup:
- Profile → Proxification Rules
- Add a rule for the required applications
- Action: select the added proxy
Backup hosts: if the main host is not working — use mproxy.site, fproxy.site (HTTP) or bproxy.site, gproxy.site, oproxy.site (SOCKS5). The port, login, and password are the same.
Can I use one proxy in multiple programs simultaneously?
Yes. Each proxy supports up to 250 simultaneous connections. You can use the same credentials (host:port:login:password) in multiple browsers, antidetect profiles, scripts, or messengers at the same time.
The IP address will be the same for all connections through one proxy. For different IPs, use different proxies.
Is UDP supported?
Yes. The SOCKS5 port supports UDP ASSOCIATE — the standard mechanism for transmitting UDP traffic via SOCKS5 proxies.
How it works:
- UDP ASSOCIATE is available on the SOCKS5 port (= HTTP port + 1)
- The client establishes a TCP connection to the SOCKS5 port and sends the UDP ASSOCIATE command
- The server allocates a UDP relay through which UDP traffic passes
For which tasks:
- VoIP and voice calls
- UDP DNS queries
- Some game protocols
- Apps requiring UDP (e.g., some messengers)
Important:
- UDP works only via SOCKS5, not via HTTP port
- Your application must support SOCKS5 with UDP ASSOCIATE (not all clients can do this)
- The HTTP port only transmits TCP traffic (HTTP and HTTPS via CONNECT)
Are your proxies suitable for gaming consoles (PS4, PS5, Xbox)?
Mobile proxies can work for gaming consoles, but with limitations:
How to connect:
- PS4/PS5/Xbox don't support entering login/password for proxies
- Use IP authentication: bind your router's IP in proxy settings, then the console will work without entering credentials
- Or connect via a router/VPN client that proxies all network traffic
Limitations for gaming:
- High ping — mobile proxies add 50-300 ms latency, which is critical for online games
- Variable speed — from 3 to 30+ Mbps, may drop under load
- Not suitable for competitive games (shooters, MOBA) — lag will ruin the gameplay
- Suitable for — accessing regional game stores, downloading updates, geo-restricted services
For Frontier games (Elite Dangerous) and similar, we recommend taking a free trial first and checking ping to game servers. If ping > 200 ms — gameplay will be uncomfortable.
Do you have sticky sessions?
We don't have a separate "Sticky Session" plan, but similar behavior can be achieved:
Method 1 — IP fixation on mobile proxy:
- In proxy settings, set rotation timer = 0 (disable timer-based auto-change)
- In auto-change equipment settings, choose "Disabled"
- Now the IP will only change when you manually click the rotation link or make an API request
Important: even with these settings, the mobile operator may periodically change the IP address (this is a feature of mobile networks — usually several times a day). Guaranteeing IP fixation for 24 hours is technically impossible for mobile proxies.
Method 2 — server proxies:
For tasks requiring a guaranteed static IP (banking, long sessions in business services) — use server proxies. Their IP doesn't change at all.
Method 3 — backconnect:
The opposite — every request through backconnect = a new IP. For tasks requiring maximum rotation.
How are 5 connections distributed in backconnect proxies?
Backconnect proxies work as follows:
How it works:
- One backconnect port supports up to 5 simultaneous connections
- Each connection goes through a separate mobile modem and gets its own unique IP
- With 5 parallel requests → 5 different IPs simultaneously
- For a new request (6th) — an old connection must close, otherwise there will be a queue
Example for parsing in 5 threads:
Thread 1 → backconnect:port → modem A → IP1 Thread 2 → backconnect:port → modem B → IP2 Thread 3 → backconnect:port → modem C → IP3 Thread 4 → backconnect:port → modem D → IP4 Thread 5 → backconnect:port → modem E → IP5
Important limitations:
- You cannot choose a specific IP — distribution is automatic
- You cannot change the IP of one thread without affecting the others
- Backconnect currently only works for Russia
- No Fingerprint generation or Marketplace check features (unlike regular mobile proxies)
Why doesn't the proxy work in incognito mode?
The proxy may not work in incognito mode for several reasons:
1. Extensions don't load in incognito
If you use a proxy management extension (e.g., Proxy Manager, FoxyProxy) — by default it's disabled in incognito.
- Chrome: Extensions → extension details → enable "Allow in Incognito"
2. Cookies and cache
Incognito doesn't use saved cookies. Some sites require authentication and may block "anonymous" sessions.
3. Different DNS
Some browsers in incognito mode use their own DNS. If the proxy is configured at system level — incognito may work without proxy or with different DNS.
What to try:
- Enable the extension in incognito (see above)
- Use direct credentials (via OS settings or antidetect browser)
- Check current IP in incognito on 2ip.ru — does it match the proxy IP?
Why proxy speed drops over time (it was 20 Mbps, now it’s 1)?
A drop in speed is a normal characteristic of mobile networks. Possible reasons:
1. Carrier peak-hour congestion
Mobile operators limit speed during peak hours (evenings, weekends) when too many users are connected to the same base station.
2. Throttling after a certain data amount
Some carriers reduce speed after N GB of traffic in a billing period. This is common with unlimited plans.
3. Site anti-fraud
Large marketplaces (Ozon, Wildberries) may slow down responses to suspicious traffic (mass scraping). This is not a proxy restriction — it’s the site’s own protection.
4. Modem temperature and load
When running under load for a long time, the modem heats up and reduces speed.
What to do:
- Change the equipment — another modem may deliver full speed
- Switch operators (MTS/MegaFon/Beeline/Tele2 work differently)
- Try another city — network congestion differs by region
- For stable speed, consider server proxies
Why proxies for a specific country may seem slow. Speed is made up of three things, and only one of them is on our side.
- The cellular network at the hosting location. Base station speed changes throughout the day and depends on load; evening peak hours can cause a noticeable drop.
- The distance between you and the location. A proxy in Spain used from Russia adds latency to every request — that’s geography, not a setting.
- Your usage pattern. Lots of parallel streams on one port share the same channel.
What you can do: compare several ports in the same location, and if only one is slow, changing the equipment may help. Choose a location closer to your server if your task geography allows it. Reduce the number of simultaneous streams and see whether the speed changes. If nothing changes in the same location after changing the equipment, send us the PID and we’ll check that specific port.
IP change link doesn't work / doesn't change IP
Common reasons why IP change doesn't work:
1. Change limit (30 seconds between changes)
Minimum 30 seconds must pass between IP changes on one proxy. If you click more often — requests are blocked.
2. Operator didn't issue a new IP
The mobile operator may issue the same IP if the address pool is small. Try:
- Click the link again in a minute
- Change equipment (My Proxies → Change GEO/Operator)
3. Modem problem
If several attempts in a row don't change the IP — reboot the equipment (Operations → Reboot Equipment) or change equipment.
Diagnostics:
Check that the link works: open it in a browser — should return JSON with "status":"OK" and a new IP.
Which proxy is suitable for parsing Ozon, Wildberries, Cian?
For parsing marketplaces and aggregators:
1. Backconnect proxies (recommended)
- Each request = new IP
- Up to 5 simultaneous connections
- Minimal blocking risk during parsing
- Currently Russia only
2. Mobile proxies with rotation timer
- Set automatic IP change by timer (from 2 minutes)
- Works well for parsing products/prices
- Available in any GEO
Recommendations for marketplaces:
- Ozon / Wildberries — backconnect with 3-5 threads, 2-3 sec delay between requests
- Avito — mobile proxies with timer rotation (5-10 min per IP), 1 account = 1 proxy
- Cian — mobile proxies, Russia, 10-15 min timer rotation
- Google/Yandex — server proxies or backconnect with User-Agent randomization
Important:
- Use delays between requests (2-5 seconds)
- Rotate User-Agent and headers
- For mass parsing — add JS-challenge bypass (Cloudflare etc.)
Can I refund money for an annual subscription early?
Yes, you can refund money for unused time, including annual subscription.
How the refund works:
- Submit a refund request via support or the automatic refund bot
- Refund amount = (remaining days ÷ 365) × purchase amount
- Refund to balance — instant
- Refund to card/details — up to 5 business days
Example:
You bought a year for $200, after 2 months realized it doesn't fit.
- Elapsed: 60 days, remaining 305 days
- Refund: (305 ÷ 365) × $200 = ~$167
Important:
- Refund doesn't depend on subscription period — works the same for 1, 7, 30, 365 days
- If you used a coupon/discount — refund is calculated from the actual amount paid
- We recommend taking a trial first (3 hours free) or buying for 7-30 days to test
How do I monitor the status of a large number of proxies?
For automated monitoring of large proxy pools:
1. API for status check
GET /api.html?command=proxy_ip&proxy_id=1,2,3— checks current external IP of all proxiesGET /api.html?command=get_my_proxy— returns list with detailed information
2. Telegram notifications
- Connect Telegram notifications (Settings → "Notifications" section)
- Receive alerts about equipment changes and rental expiration
3. Auto-change equipment
In each proxy's settings, enable "Auto-change on errors" — the system will automatically change equipment if the proxy stops working (no need to monitor manually).
4. Your monitoring script
Simple example (Python):
import requests
proxies_list = [1001, 1002, 1003] # your PIDs
for pid in proxies_list:
r = requests.get(f"/api.html?command=proxy_ip&proxy_id={pid}",
headers={"Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"})
if r.json().get('status') != 'OK':
# send alert to Telegram/email
5. Proxy Checker
The /proxy_checker.html page allows mass-checking a proxy list — convenient for weekly review.

How do I get a trial proxy on iPhone?
Getting and setting up a trial proxy on iPhone:
Step 1 — get the trial:
- Open mobileproxy.space in Safari
- Subscribe to the Telegram channel t.me/+8r32LGD0nGJhMmIy (right on iPhone)
- Send any message to bot @mps_articles_bot → receive a number
- On the page /user.html?free enter this number
- Get a free trial proxy for 3 hours
Step 2 — copy credentials:
On the "My Proxies" page click your trial proxy → copy:
- Host (e.g., mproxy.site)
- SOCKS5 port (for apps)
- Login / password
Step 3 — install Shadowrocket or Potatso:
- App Store → install Shadowrocket ($2.99) or free Potatso Lite
- In the app: + → add server → type SOCKS5
- Enter host, port, login, password from dashboard
- Enable connection → VPN icon will appear at the top of the screen
- Check on 2ip.ru — should show the IP of your GEO
Alternative (browser only):
Settings → Wi-Fi → (i) at network → Configure Proxy → Manual → enter HTTP host, port, login, password. But this only works for Safari, not apps.
Which ports are blocked on your proxies?
To protect our network and our legitimate clients from being blacklisted on various services, outgoing traffic is blocked on the following ports:
| Port | Protocol / Purpose |
|---|---|
| 25 | SMTP — email sending (standard) |
| 465 | SMTPS — email sending over SSL |
| 587 | SMTP Submission — email sending with authentication |
| 2525 | SMTP — alternative port |
| 389 | LDAP — directory access |
| 3389 | RDP — Windows Remote Desktop |
| 53413 | Netis backdoor — known router vulnerability |
Why these ports are blocked:
- SMTP ports (25, 465, 587, 2525) — blocked to prevent email spam. If email sending were allowed, IP addresses would quickly end up in spam lists (Spamhaus, Barracuda, etc.), blocking all clients on that IP, not just the abuser
- RDP (3389) and LDAP (389) — blocked to protect against scanning and brute-force attacks on corporate systems
- Port 53413 — a known backdoor in Netis routers used to attack network equipment
What this means for you:
- All other ports (including 80, 443, 8080 for web traffic, 22 for SSH, 3306 for MySQL, and thousands of others) — work without restrictions
- If you need to send email — use email service APIs (SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, SMTP.com) — they work through HTTPS port 443, which is open
- For remote desktop, use alternatives: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Parsec — they work through standard ports
Can these ports be opened on an individual basis?
No. The list of blocked ports is fixed and applies to all clients without exception. This is done to protect the IP reputation of our entire network.
Are Russian mobile proxies suitable for accessing Russian government services / banks from abroad?
Yes, our Russian mobile proxies are suitable for accessing Russian government services, banks and Russian web services from abroad.
From our side there are no restrictions — you get regular mobile internet from a Russian operator. Through our proxy you can:
- Access Gosuslugi, FNS, Sber ID, Nalogi FL
- Use banking apps and web cabinets (Sberbank, Tinkoff, VTB, Alfa-Bank, etc.)
- Work with Russian services (Wildberries, Ozon, Avito, Cian, etc.)
Possible difficulties:
1. Bank antifraud may require confirmation — if you usually log in from one region and suddenly appear with an IP from another, the bank may request an SMS code or temporarily limit operations. This is normal.
2. For NSPD (National Spatial Data System) we recommend server proxies — they provide a more stable static IP. Some IP addresses of mobile operators end up on NSPD blacklists.
3. If a site loads slowly or doesn't load — try changing equipment to another operator (MTS/MegaFon/Beeline/Tele2 may work differently).
Doesn't work with two-factor authentication? — some banks require the IP to match your usual region. In that case, choose GEO closer to your home city.
Why does Yandex/Google show a captcha on first visit through proxy?
Captchas appearing on Yandex/Google when first visiting through a mobile proxy is normal behavior of search engines' antifraud systems, not a proxy problem.
Reasons:
1. "Clean" browser fingerprint + new IP = suspicion — antidetect browsers (Patchright, Dolphin, GoLogin) generate fresh fingerprints with no history. From Yandex's viewpoint, this is a new user accessing from a never-used IP — behavioral signals trigger a captcha.
2. Mobile IPs are heavily used — since a mobile operator's IP is shared between hundreds of users simultaneously, Yandex often sees diverse activity on this IP and reduces trust for "clean" profiles.
3. Geolocation doesn't match profile history — if you're testing behavioral profiles, Yandex has no "trust history" for this specific fingerprint from this IP.
What to try:
- "Warm up" the profile — visit popular sites (Wikipedia, news, YouTube) for 10-15 minutes before target queries
- Use cookies of an existing Yandex account — gives instant trust
- Don't change IP during a session — set IP rotation timer = 0
- Check whether the IP is on spam lists — via our Proxy Checker (/proxy_checker.html → Check Spam) or IPGuardian
Comparison with other providers — different providers have IP pools of different reputation. If our trial works better after "warming up" the profile — this is a normal scenario.
How to set up a proxy on Android?
On Android there are several ways to set up our proxy.
Method 1: Via Wi-Fi settings (HTTP only, browser only)
- Settings → Wi-Fi → press and hold the connected network → Modify network
- Advanced options → Proxy → Manual
- Hostname: host from dashboard (e.g., mproxy.site)
- Port: your HTTP port from dashboard
- Save
Limitation: works only in Chrome browser, not in apps. Also Android does not support login/password input in system settings — IP authorization is required.
Method 2: Via apps (HTTP + SOCKS5, full proxying)
For full proxying of all app traffic:
- Install Proxy Manager (Google Play) or Drony / SocksDroid
- Add a new server: type — SOCKS5 (or HTTP)
- Address: host from dashboard, port: your SOCKS5 port
- Login and password from dashboard
- Enable connection
Method 3: Via Android antidetect
Use Kameleo for Android or similar apps that support proxy in each profile.
Method 4: IP authorization (for PS, Smart TV, all home Wi-Fi)
Bind your router's IP in proxy settings — all devices on the home network will work through the proxy without entering login/password.
What Are “Direct Credentials” and When Should You Use Them?
“Direct credentials” are alternative hosts you can use to connect to your proxy if the main host is unavailable or unstable. These are backup entry points into our network.
Which hosts are used:
| Type | Hosts |
|---|---|
| HTTP | mproxy.site, fproxy.site, nproxy.site |
| SOCKS5 | bproxy.site, gproxy.site, oproxy.site |
How to use it:
- Open “My proxies” → click the settings icon (⚙) next to the proxy you need → “Direct credentials”
- Copy the full details (host:port:login:password)
- In your software, replace only the host — the port, login, and password stay the same
When to switch to direct credentials:
- The main host is not working (connection timeout)
- You want to test stability through a different channel
- You suspect your provider is blocking the main host
Which host should you use?
All hosts point to the same modem. If the main one doesn’t work, try all 3 one by one for the required protocol (HTTP or SOCKS5). The hosts are independent of each other — if one is blocked, the others may still work.
Is changing IP via link free?
Yes, changing IP via link is completely free. You are not charged either per change or for their quantity.
What's included in the rental price:
- Any number of IP changes via link or timer
- Equipment reboot (1 time per 30 minutes)
- Change of GEO, city, operator within one country (1 time per 2 minutes)
What may change rental period:
- Country change (e.g., RF → Poland) — recalculates rental period at the new GEO's rate. It's not money deduction but recalculation of remaining time.
Frequency limits for changes:
- Between equipment changes (GEO/operator) — minimum 2 minutes
- Modem reboot — 1 time per 30 minutes
Can I change GEO on Backconnect proxies via API?
No, GEO change on backconnect proxies is not supported.
Why not:
Backconnect proxy by its nature uses a pool of multiple modems simultaneously. Each request goes through a random modem from the pool, so there's no fixed GEO — selection works differently.
What's available for backconnect:
- IP change — each request automatically goes through a new modem (new IP)
- Up to 5 simultaneous connections with different IPs
- Currently only Russia is available
What's NOT available for backconnect:
- GEO change (country/city/operator) — neither via dashboard nor API
- Fixing a specific IP
- Forced IP change on demand
- Fingerprint generation and Marketplace check
If you need a specific GEO — use a regular mobile proxy with auto-IP-change by timer or by link. With it you can choose country, city, operator.
How am I being detected during scraping? I’m getting 403/429 errors
403 (forbidden) and 429 (too many requests) errors during scraping are the site’s anti-bot protection kicking in, not a proxy issue. The site identifies automated traffic based on a combination of signals.
Why you can be detected even on mobile IPs:
1. Browser fingerprint — even if the IP changes, the JS fingerprint (canvas, WebGL, fonts, screen resolution, language) often stays the same. The site ties sessions together using it.
2. Cookies and localStorage — if cookies are preserved between requests, the site can link them to you regardless of IP.
3. Behavior — overly regular intervals (once every 10 minutes — practically like clockwork), no mouse movement, no keyboard events.
4. HTTP headers — header order, User-Agent, Accept-Language can expose automation.
5. TLS fingerprint (JA3/JA4) — some sites distinguish browsers from curl/python-requests specifically by this.
What to do:
- Randomize intervals — instead of “once every 10 minutes,” use 8-15 minutes with some variation
- Clear cookies between sessions or use separate profiles
- Use a browser with profile isolation and full emulation
- Check the JA3 fingerprint at /tls-fingerprint.html — if it shows Python/curl, you need to configure TLS
- Emulate mouse movement and scrolling in Selenium/Playwright (use playwright-stealth, undetected-chromedriver)
- Random User-Agent from a list of real browsers
If 429 starts appearing suddenly — the site has tightened anti-bot protection. Reduce your request rate by 3-5x and add pauses.
Subnet reputation, not just the address. Platforms look at not only the specific address, but the entire subnet as well. If that pool was previously used for large-scale automated activity, the platform may have flagged the whole subnet. In that case, the restriction kicks in on the very first request, no matter what exactly you’re doing.
How to tell this apart from your own mistake: the restriction appears immediately, before any activity at all, and repeats after changing the IP within the same port. If the error disappears for at least a while after changing the address, then it’s not the subnet — it’s the behavior.
What helps: changing GEO moves you to a different address pool; changing the mobile carrier in the same location sometimes gives you a different subnet; for authenticated sessions, use a sticky session instead of frequent rotation, because changing the address in the middle of a session is itself a reason for the site to check you.
How often do IPs of backup hosts (mproxy.site, bproxy.site) change?
The IP addresses of backup hosts (mproxy.site, oproxy.site, fproxy.site, bproxy.site, nproxy.site, gproxy.site) are stable domains of our load balancers. They don't change — these are static entry points to our network.
Connection architecture:
- You connect to a host (e.g., mproxy.site:HTTP_port)
- The balancer routes your request to the appropriate modem by login/password or IP-authorization
- The modem works through a mobile SIM card and returns the response
Balancer IPs themselves have static IPs (you can resolve via DNS — A-records are stable).
Modem IPs (i.e., the external IP that sites see) — dynamic, change on rotation.
All our hosts:
| Type | Hosts |
|---|---|
| HTTP | mproxy.site, nproxy.site, fproxy.site |
| SOCKS5 | bproxy.site, oproxy.site, gproxy.site |
If you're planning reselling via API — use our reseller API with automatic management. Submit an application — we'll issue test keys.
Can I use proxies for behavioral factor manipulation?
Using proxies for behavioral factor (BF) tasks is technically possible with our mobile proxies, but requires understanding the nuances.
What's important to know:
1. Mobile IPs are actively shared — IPs of mobile operators are used by millions of real users, so they have a high level of trust for one-off tasks. For regular BF sessions, this is even a plus.
2. Search engines (Yandex/Google) actively catch BF bots — even with a mobile IP, with a "clean" fingerprint and incorrect behavior you'll be caught. See the article about Yandex captcha.
3. What's needed for quality BF work:
- Antidetect browser with unique fingerprint per profile
- "Warmed-up" accounts with trust history
- Realistic behavior: scroll, clicks, time on page
- One proxy = one profile (do NOT share IP between BF accounts)
- Stable IP during the session (disable timer-based auto-change)
4. Legal side — we don't prohibit BF tasks in our rules (see offer), but remember that violation of Yandex/Google user agreements is at your own risk.
Technical recommendations for BF:
- Use backconnect for generating multiple IPs (if the task is many one-off sessions)
- Use a regular mobile with IP fixation (if the task is long sessions)
- Test on a free trial before mass work
- If you get a captcha — "warm up" the profile on other sites before the target one
What to do if the bot picked the wrong GEO during change?
If when changing GEO the system selected not the city/operator you specified — this can happen for two reasons.
Reason 1: There's no free equipment in the chosen GEO
If at the moment of change all modems of the selected city are occupied by other clients — the system automatically selects the nearest available one (e.g., Kostanay instead of Almaty). This is done so as not to block your change due to a temporary shortage.
What to do:
- Check availability on the page server-status.html
- Wait 10-30 minutes and try again
- Make the change manually: "My Proxies" → ⚙ → "Change GEO, operator" → explicitly select city and operator
Reason 2: Auto-change settings are limited to a different radius
If the auto-change settings are set to "within country" — the system will select any point in the country, not necessarily the same city.
What to check:
- "My Proxies" → ⚙ → Equipment auto-change settings
- Set "Within city" — the system will only search in the same city
If the equipment is again wrong — contact support, we'll perform a forced change with explicit GEO selection.
Telegram API doesn't connect / DC timeout
If Telegram API (DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4, DC5) gives timeout via our proxy:
Step 1: Check that the proxy works in principle
Open any site through the proxy in a browser (e.g., 2ip.ru). If basic internet doesn't work — the problem is in the connection, not in Telegram.
Step 2: Telegram API uses TCP to non-standard ports
Telegram MTProto works over ports 80, 443, 5222 — all are open in our network.
Step 3: Possible reasons for timeout with a specific operator
- Regional restrictions — the mobile operator may filter traffic to Telegram servers (especially in RF due to legislation)
- The specific modem is overloaded — try changing equipment
- Your client uses QUIC/UDP — some Telegram versions try UDP, which won't pass through the HTTP port. Use the SOCKS5 port.
What to do:
- Change equipment — try another operator (MTS/Beeline/Tele2 instead of MegaFon in this case)
- Use SOCKS5 instead of HTTP — this often works better for Telegram clients
- Try another country — if your Telegram client allows
- Check DCs separately — telegram-cli or ping_dc may show which DCs are available
If no DC works through different operators — this is a regional block at the level of all operators in the given country. Use a proxy from another country.
What is the waitlist?
The waitlist is a subscription that notifies you when a free mobile proxy with your desired parameters (country / city / operator / type / period) becomes available.
When useful:
- The country / city / operator you need has no free proxies right now
- You want to buy a new proxy as soon as a suitable one appears — without checking the site manually
How it works: when the system finds a free proxy matching your criteria, it sends a notification to your chosen channels (Telegram / Email / Push). You follow the link and complete the purchase as usual.
Important: the subscription does not reserve a proxy. When a proxy becomes available, several customers from the queue receive the notification at the same time — the first to buy wins.
How do I subscribe to a proxy availability notification?
On the proxy purchase page («Buy proxy»), next to the «Available: N» counter, there is a yellow button 🔔 Notify me →.
Steps:
- Open the «Buy proxy» page, choose the filters you need (country / city / operator / type / period)
- Click 🔔 Notify me → — the subscription dialog opens
- Inside the dialog you can change any parameter — all countries and cities available on the site are shown, including those with 0 free proxies right now
- Choose notification channels: Telegram (if linked to your account), Email and/or browser Push. At least one is required
- Choose how long the request stays active: 7 or 30 days
- Click «Subscribe to notifications»
After creation, you will see «Subscription created (#number)» confirmation. The request appears in «My waitlist subscriptions».
Where can I view and cancel my waitlist subscriptions?
In your personal dashboard, in the «My proxies» section, there is a link 🔔 My waitlist subscriptions above the proxy table — click it to open a dialog with all your active subscriptions.
The table shows:
- Subscription criteria (country, city, operator, type, period)
- Notification channels (TG / Email / Push)
- Created date and validity period
- How many times a notification was sent to you
- Current request status
To cancel a subscription — click the trash icon next to the row and confirm.
Bought and expired requests are closed automatically, no manual cleanup needed.
Where are availability notifications delivered?
Notifications are sent through the channels you selected when creating the subscription:
1. Telegram — a direct message from our bot. Available if you have linked Telegram in your profile. The fastest channel, recommended.
2. Email — to the email address registered with your account.
3. Web Push — a popup notification in your browser. Available if you subscribed to push on our website (the browser asks permission the first time).
At least one channel must be selected. If none is available — the system will prompt you to link Telegram or add an email in your profile.
The notification contains a link that takes you directly to the purchase page for the found proxy.
I got a notification but the proxy is already gone — why?
This is normal. The subscription does not reserve a proxy: when a free proxy appears, the notification is sent to several customers from the queue at the same time — the first to buy wins.
Why this design:
- If the proxy were reserved for one customer — they could hold it for hours without buying, freezing the supply
- Parallel notifications make the market fair: whoever is ready to buy right now gets it
What to do:
- Nothing needs to be cancelled — your subscription remains active
- When another suitable proxy becomes available, you will again be among the notification candidates
- There is a minimum 30-minute cooldown between notifications for the same subscription (anti-spam)
How long does a waitlist subscription last?
When creating the subscription, the customer chooses the validity period: 7 or 30 days (30 by default).
What happens after expiration:
- The request is automatically closed with status «expired»
- If no proxy appeared during this time — no further notifications will be sent
- If you still want the subscription — recreate it on the purchase page
Active subscription limit: a single customer can have up to 10 active requests at the same time. If the limit is reached — cancel old unused subscriptions in «My waitlist subscriptions».
Can I subscribe to backconnect proxies via the waitlist?
Not yet. The waitlist works for mobile and server proxies. For backconnect proxies the subscription is disabled — attempting to create one returns the error «Subscription is not yet available for this proxy type».
This is due to specifics of the backconnect pool — it has a different slot-release model that requires a separate matcher adaptation.
If you need backconnect waitlist support — contact support, we will factor it into our development priorities.
What to do if mobile signal is jammed and the proxy doesn't work?
In some regions of Russia, temporary disruptions in mobile network operation occasionally occur. This affects the operation of all mobile operators and, consequently, our proxies in these regions.
What happens during the disruption:
- Mobile connectivity is unstable: ping spikes, speed drops, occasional disconnections
- Some modems become temporarily unavailable
- IP addresses may change more frequently than usual
This is beyond our control — mobile operators restore service when the source of interference ends. Duration — from a few hours to a day.
What you can do until the issue is resolved:
1. Change region within Russia — try another city. If the problem is in Krasnodar, try Rostov, Samara, St. Petersburg.
2. Switch to another country — we have mobile proxies in 47+ countries. During RF disruptions you can use Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia.
3. Use server proxies in RF — they don't depend on mobile networks and work stably. For tasks that don't specifically require a mobile IP — an excellent alternative.
4. Wait for restoration — request a refund to balance for unused time via the refund bot, wait for connectivity to recover, and purchase again.
Where to check status:
- Page server-status.html — current availability by regions
- Telegram channel t.me/+8r32LGD0nGJhMmIy — real-time updates on connectivity issues
Are mobile proxies suitable for traffic arbitrage?
Yes, mobile proxies are suitable for traffic arbitrage. Many of our clients use them for arbitrage on Facebook Ads, TikTok, Google Ads.
What's important for arbitrage:
1. High trust level of mobile IPs
Ad platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google) block mobile IPs less often compared to server IPs. This is critical for passing moderation and reducing bans.
2. 1 account = 1 proxy
Don't use one IP for several ad accounts — antifraud will link the accounts. Buy a separate proxy for each ad account.
3. Antidetect browser is required
Use Dolphin{anty}, AdsPower, GoLogin or Multilogin. Each account in its own antidetect profile.
4. Stable IP during the session
For working in an ad account, set rotation timer = 0 and disable equipment auto-change. The IP must be stable while you're logged in.
5. GEO matching the target audience
Buy a proxy from the country where your advertising runs (e.g., Ukraine for UA traffic, USA for US, Germany for EU). This is correct — moderation checks IP-to-country match.
Available GEOs for arbitrage: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, USA, Germany, France, UK, Poland, Spain, Italy and 30+ more countries. Full list — on the server-status.html page.
What's better for parsing or arbitrage: backconnect or mobile proxy?
The choice between backconnect and a regular mobile proxy depends on the task type.
Backconnect is suitable for:
- Mass parsing in scripts (Python, Node.js, Selenium with a pipeline)
- High IP rotation (each request — new IP)
- Working with public APIs
- Data parsing that doesn't require sessions
- 5 parallel threads with different IPs
Backconnect is NOT suitable for:
- ❌ Browser-based work (opening sites as a user)
- ❌ Authentication on websites (cookies/session conflict with different IPs)
- ❌ Antidetect browsers (require stable IP within a session)
- ❌ Ad accounts, marketplaces, social networks
- ❌ SEO work in seller cabinet
Regular mobile proxy is suitable for:
- Working in antidetect browsers (stable IP within session)
- Authentication in personal accounts
- Traffic arbitrage and ad accounts
- Social networks, messengers (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook)
- Marketplaces (Wildberries, Ozon, Avito)
- Any tasks where a stable session matters
Simple selection criterion:
- If your software opens a site in a browser → you need a mobile proxy
- If your software makes API requests or mass data collection → backconnect fits
For testing, get a free trial — 3 hours on a mobile proxy, or a short backconnect trial by request to support.
How do I rotate User-Agent when working through a proxy?
User-Agent is not configured on the proxy side — it's an HTTP header added by your client (browser, script, antidetect). The proxy just forwards your traffic.
Where to change User-Agent:
1. In scripts (Python/Node.js)
import requests
from random import choice
user_agents = [
"Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 17_4 like Mac OS X)...",
"Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 14; SM-S928B)...",
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36..."
]
response = requests.get(
proxies={"https": "http://login:pass@mproxy.site:PORT"},
headers={"User-Agent": choice(user_agents)}
)
2. In antidetect browsers
Each profile in Dolphin/AdsPower/GoLogin has its own User-Agent. Create a new profile for each task.
3. In Selenium/Playwright
from selenium.webdriver.chrome.options import Options
options = Options()
options.add_argument("--user-agent=Mozilla/5.0...")
What's important:
- User-Agent must match the proxy's GEO — RF mobile proxy + iPhone UA from US = suspicious
- Don't use one UA for all requests — rotate from a realistic list
- Lists of current UAs: can be obtained from useragentstring.com or whatmybrowser.org
If 403/429 errors continue — see the article "How am I detected during parsing".
What to do when the needed GEO is unavailable (e.g., no Russian proxies)?
If there are no free ports in the GEO you need — it means that all modems in this region are currently rented by other clients or temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons (e.g., mobile signal jamming).
What you can do:
1. Check availability in real time
The page server-status.html shows current availability by regions.
2. Wait for release
Ports are regularly freed up — clients end rentals every few minutes. Refresh the order page in 10-15 minutes.
3. Change the region
If there's a global issue (like jamming in RF) — try neighboring countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia for Russian-speaking audiences; Poland, Germany, France for European.
4. Use server proxies
Server proxies don't depend on mobile networks and work stably. For tasks that don't specifically require a mobile IP — an excellent alternative.
What Does “Rotation (per request)” Mean in the Settings?
“Rotation (per request)” is a special operating mode for backconnect proxies, where each HTTP request goes through a new IP address. This is not a setting for a regular mobile proxy.
How it works for different proxy types:
Regular mobile proxy:
- The IP changes only when you switch it manually (via a link) or automatically on a timer (at least 2 minutes between changes)
- It is technically impossible to change the IP “for every request”
Backconnect proxy:
- Each request automatically goes through a new IP
- Up to 5 parallel connections with different IPs at the same time
- Perfect for parsing and bulk tasks
- Russia only at the moment
When to use which:
| Task | Proxy type |
|---|---|
| Parsing in scripts, bulk data collection | Backconnect |
| Browser work / browser with profile isolation | Regular mobile |
| Logging into an account dashboard | Regular mobile (timer = 0) |
| High IP rotation | Backconnect |
| Stable session | Regular mobile |
How to buy backconnect:
On the purchase page, select the “Backconnect proxy” type. More details: backconnect proxy guide.
How anti-fraud systems see this kind of rotation. Changing the address on every request is a noticeable signal, and for most protection systems it looks suspicious. The logic is simple: a real person does not switch networks between two clicks. If, within one session, with the same cookies and the same browser fingerprint, the address jumps across different subnets, it is read as automation.
Where this kind of rotation works well: collecting data from public pages without authorization and any tasks where each request is independent and no session is needed.
Where it does harm: any login, ad accounts, payments, carts, and multi-step forms. There, the state is tied to the session, and changing the address in the middle of the process almost always leads to being logged out or to an additional verification step.
Practical rule: tie rotation to a unit of work, not to a request. One account or one session — one address until it ends. For this, use IP switching via a link at the moment the session is over, rather than rotation on a short timer.
Will the proxy work for a specific app (Vinted, banking apps, etc.)?
There are no technical restrictions on our side — our mobile proxies work with any app that supports proxy connections over HTTP or SOCKS5.
What you should know:
1. Not all apps support system proxy settings
Many mobile apps (banking apps, messengers) ignore the proxy settings in iOS/Android system settings. They connect directly to their own servers.
To proxy such apps, you need special clients:
- iOS: Shadowrocket ($2.99), Potatso Lite (free), Stash
- Android: Proxy Manager, Drony, SocksDroid
These apps create a system VPN tunnel through which all traffic passes, including app traffic.
2. App anti-fraud works independently of the proxy
If your account in Vinted/Hinge/TikTok is blocked, even a working proxy will not “unblock” it. The proxy changes the IP, but the app’s anti-fraud system also looks at other signals:
- Device fingerprint
- Account behavior history
- Geolocation (there may be mismatches if the proxy is in one country and the phone is in another)
3. App geo-restrictions
Some apps work only in certain countries. If the app isn’t available in your proxy’s region, it won’t launch even with the correct connection.
What to try:
- Take a free 3-hour trial
- Set it up through Shadowrocket/Potatso (iOS) or Proxy Manager (Android)
- Check whether the app you need works
- If it doesn’t work, try another country or carrier
Separately for banks and bank-like marketplaces. We have no technical restrictions on banking domains: we don’t filter traffic and we don’t keep blocklists of forbidden sites. But the result depends not on the proxy, but on the other side’s anti-fraud system.
Banks and fintech services have the strictest checks. They look not only at the IP, but at the consistency of the whole picture: connection type, browser fingerprint, device history, and geolocation match. A mobile IP itself looks real because it belongs to an actual cellular network serving thousands of regular subscribers. But if the other parameters don’t line up, access will be restricted regardless of proxy quality.
- no one can guarantee access to a specific bank: the decision is on their side, and it can change;
- test before buying — take a trial or the minimum term and run your full scenario end to end, not just domain availability;
- for payment operations and ad accounts, you need a sticky session: the IP should not change in the middle of your work, so disable timer-based rotation for these tasks.
TikTok/Instagram is banning me — is it because of the proxy?
A ban in social networks rarely happens only because of the proxy. Usually it's a combination of factors.
What's important to understand about social network bans:
1. Ban = decision of the social network's algorithm, not the proxy
If TikTok/Instagram/Facebook bans you — this is the decision of their antifraud system. The proxy itself doesn't block your account. By changing the proxy, you don't undo the decision already made.
2. What social network antifraud analyzes:
- Account behavior — too-fast follows, mass liking, template comments
- Account history — age, activity, warm-up
- Device fingerprint — even with different proxies, the antidetect browser must generate a unique fingerprint for each profile
- IP reputation — if the mobile operator's IP pool ends up on spam lists, new registrations from it are blocked
- Connection between accounts — if one IP was used for several accounts, they get "linked"
3. If banned immediately on registration/login:
Check:
- IP in spam lists: via our Proxy Checker or IPGuardian
- Antidetect browser: unique fingerprint, clean cookies for each profile
- Account "warm-up": social networks apply stricter rules to new accounts
- GEO consistency: US IP + RF phone number + Ukrainian interface language = suspicious
4. If banned after normal work:
- Slow down actions (follows, likes, messages)
- Don't change IP during the session (fix IP when working with the account)
- Use 1 proxy = 1 account (don't share IP between multiple)
5. Cloud emulators (Geelark, MoMo) + proxy:
If you're banned even via cloud emulators — the problem is not in the tool but in account behavior or IP reputation. Try changing proxy GEO or operator.
I accidentally bought the wrong proxy — can it be replaced?
Yes, if you just bought a proxy and the credentials haven't been used extensively — we can help with replacement.
When "like-for-like" replacement is possible:
- Operator change within the same country/city — free, via settings: "My Proxies" → ⚙ → "Change GEO, operator". Select the needed operator (Lebara → LycaMobile in your example).
- Rental period is preserved when changing operator within one country
When you need to go via refund + new purchase:
- Country change (e.g., bought France, need Poland) — payment is recalculated at the new tariff
- Proxy type change (bought mobile, need server or backconnect)
In this case:
- Submit a refund to balance via the refund bot
- Buy the correct proxy with balance funds
- Refund to balance is instant, new proxy is available immediately
Important:
- Minimum 2 minutes must pass between equipment changes
- If the operator is already selected and working — it's not necessary to change. Mobile proxies of different operators in one city work similarly for most tasks
Will I get the same IP when I buy the proxy again?
No, the same IP address on repeated purchase is not guaranteed.
How it works:
- When you buy a mobile proxy, you're given access to a modem (a physical device with a SIM card)
- The external IP address is issued by the mobile operator of this SIM card from its pool of addresses
- The IP can change:
- On rotation (by timer or by link)
- When the operator updates the address itself (this is normal mobile network behavior)
- On equipment reboot
If you bought the same modem (PID) again:
- The IP at the moment of purchase will be whatever is currently issued by the operator
- It's highly likely to be a different IP from what you had last time
- Restoring exactly the same IP is technically impossible — it's a random selection from the operator's pool
If you bought a different modem (new PID):
- The IP will be completely different — different pool, region, operator
- Singapore proxy today and Singapore proxy tomorrow will give different IPs, even if the region matches
If it's important to keep a specific IP:
- Use auto-renewal of rental — until the rental ends, the IP can be fixed (disable rotation timer, disable equipment auto-change)
- Note that the operator may still change the IP at any moment — this is a feature of mobile networks
For tasks with a static IP, server proxies are a better choice — there the IP doesn't change throughout the rental.
Can I get a new IP after purchase — the old one is "burned"?
If the IP of your proxy is blocked on the needed sites ("burned") — there are several ways to get a new one.
Method 1: Change IP
Click the IP change link ("My Proxies" → "Change IP" column) or wait for automatic change by timer. Note: the operator may issue the same IP from the pool — try changing several times.
Method 2: Change equipment
"My Proxies" → ⚙ → "Change GEO, operator". Select the same operator and city but a different modem. This will give an IP from another pool with higher probability.
Method 3: Change operator
In the same equipment change dialog, select a different operator (MTS instead of MegaFon, etc.). Different operators use different IP pools — this is most effective for resetting a "burned" IP.
Method 4: Add old equipment to blacklist
When changing GEO, check "Add to blacklist" — this will exclude the problematic modem from future selections.
Method 5: Change GEO
If all IPs in this city/country are on blacklists — try another city or country.
Why an IP can be blocked:
- Many users of one operator violated site rules → the site banned the entire IP pool
- The site automatically blocks mobile IPs with suspicious activity
- The IP ended up on spam lists (Spamhaus, Barracuda)
Check IP cleanliness:
Before use, check the IP via our Proxy Checker with the Check Spam option.
What happens to the rental term when changing the country (GEO)?
When you change the country of a proxy, the rental term is recalculated according to the new country's rate. This means the remaining rental amount is converted into days of the new GEO.
When the term does NOT change:
- Changing the city within the same country
- Changing the operator within the same country
- Changing the equipment (modem) without changing the country
When the term changes:
- Only when changing the country
Recalculation formula:
- Remaining value = remaining days × old country rate
- New term = remaining value ÷ new country rate
Example 1 — the term decreases:
Russia proxy for 30 days at 900 ₽ (30 ₽/day). After 10 days you switch the country to UK (rate 50 ₽/day).
Remaining: 20 × 30 = 600 ₽. New term: 600 ÷ 50 = 12 days.
Example 2 — the term increases:
UK proxy for 30 days at 1500 ₽ (50 ₽/day). After 10 days you switch the country to Moldova (rate 25 ₽/day).
Remaining: 20 × 50 = 1000 ₽. New term: 1000 ÷ 25 = 40 days.
Important:
- Before changing country, the system shows you the new term — review it before confirming
- Current country rates: /#tarifs
- You cannot switch between mobile and server proxies — these are different products
The site shows available proxies, but I can't buy them — why?
Sometimes the site shows several available proxies in the country you need, but when you try to buy, nothing happens, an error appears, or funds aren't charged.
1. Delay in inventory update
The number of available proxies updates in real time, but between display and clicking "Buy" the proxies may be reserved by other users. Wait 1–2 minutes and refresh the page — the actual count may turn out to be lower.
2. Mobile network jamming (for Russia proxies)
If you've selected Russia — there may be mass mobile internet jamming in progress. The site hasn't yet removed the equipment from listings, but in reality there are no free modems. This is outside our control; we recommend waiting or choosing another country.
3. Browser problem
- Clear cache and cookies
- Open the site in incognito mode
- Try another browser
- Disable ad blockers and extensions
4. Payment problem
- If funds aren't being charged — try another payment method
- If funds were charged but the proxy wasn't issued — send the payment receipt to support, the funds will be credited to your balance or refunded
5. Cart and coupons
- Check your cart — there may be items left from a previous attempt
- Make sure the selected coupon is applicable to this country
If none of the steps helped — contact support and specify the country, city, and approximate time of the purchase attempt.
How to recover the password or regain access if the phone number has changed?
Access to your dashboard is linked to your phone number. The password is sent by SMS to that number.
Standard password recovery:
- On the login page click "Forgot password?"
- Enter your number in international format with the country code
- A new password will arrive by SMS to that number
- If an email is set in your profile — the password will also be sent there
If the SMS or email with the password doesn't arrive:
- Check the "Spam" folder in your email
- Disable VPN — with VPN enabled, the SMS may not be delivered because the system detects you in another country
- Wait 2–3 minutes — sometimes delivery is delayed on the carrier's side
- Check the number format — country code, no spaces or brackets
If the system says "number not found":
- You may have registered with a different number — check all your contacts
- Check for typos in the number
- If you registered long ago — the number may have been changed since then
If access to the old number is lost:
Contact our support chat or the Telegram bot and provide:
- The old phone number
- The email used at registration (if any)
- A payment receipt or PID of any of your proxies — to confirm account ownership
- The new number you want to link the account to
After verification, the operator will help re-link the account to the new number.
Can I change the proxy port?
Short answer: the proxy port cannot be changed — it is assigned to the proxy for the entire rental period. But in most cases, you don't need to change the port — issues are solved by changing the equipment or switching to a backup host.
What changes and what doesn't on a proxy:
- Port — stays the same for the entire rental
- Login and password — may change when equipment is changed (but access via direct credentials mproxy.site, bproxy.site, etc. is preserved)
- IP address — changes via link, timer, or API
- Internal modem host — changes when equipment is changed; access via direct credentials is preserved
If a specific port doesn't respond — that doesn't mean you need to change the port. Do the following:
- Try backup hosts on the same port:
- HTTP:
mproxy.site:PORT,fproxy.site:PORT - SOCKS5:
bproxy.site:PORT,gproxy.site:PORT - If backup hosts didn't help — change the equipment in "My proxies" → Operations → Change equipment
If you need a completely different proxy — refund the current one to your balance and buy a new one from those available. The new proxy will have different credentials (port, login, password).
Common curl/SOCKS5 proxy connection errors — explanations and fixes
If you see an error when connecting through curl or a SOCKS5 client — it usually points to an authentication issue, a connection format problem, or a specific host issue. Below is a breakdown of the most common errors.
Common errors and fixes:
- curl: (97) user was rejected by the SOCKS5 server — authentication failed or the host is overloaded. Check your username/password, and try a backup host (gproxy.site).
- SOCKS5 authentication failed — incorrect username/password, or IP-based authentication is enabled but your IP has not been added. Check the credentials in the
My proxiessection. - curl: (56) Proxy CONNECT aborted — the connection was interrupted. Switch to a backup host or change equipment.
- curl: (7) Failed to connect — the host is unavailable. Use another backup host from the list below.
- ERR_SOCKS_CONNECTION_FAILED — incorrect connection type. Make sure you are using a SOCKS5 host for SOCKS and an HTTP host for HTTP, and that the port is correct.
Backup hosts:
- HTTP: mproxy.site, fproxy.site, nproxy.site
- SOCKS5: bproxy.site, gproxy.site, oproxy.site
The port, username, and password stay the same — only the host changes. If the error repeats on all hosts, change equipment in the My proxies section → Operations.
Operator white lists: why some sites dont open through the proxy
Sometimes the proxy works (the IP changes, the checker shows a working status), but some sites dont open. One of the reasons is a "white list" on the mobile operators side.
What it is:
A mobile operator can restrict the SIM cards traffic to a list of allowed sites. This happens with corporate plans, parental controls, and also regional restrictions required by law. Only sites on the list are accessible; the rest do not open.
Signs:
- The proxy passes the checker, the IP is detected, but specific sites do not load.
- Some resources open while others dont, with no obvious pattern.
- In some regions the restrictions apply around the clock.
What to do:
- Change the equipment to a different operator — white lists differ between operators.
- Try another city or country.
- Check the needed site via our proxy checker to confirm the issue is operator filtering.
This restriction is on the cellular operators side and outside our control, but it is usually solved by changing the equipment to a different operator.
Network fingerprint spoofing (TCP/IP fingerprint) — what is it and how does it work?
The feature spoofs the proxy’s network fingerprint to match the selected operating system. It is free and available to all customers.
Why this is needed. Anti-fraud systems (p0f, Akamai, Cloudflare, and others) identify a device’s operating system by TCP packet parameters — TTL, MSS, Window Size, and the order of TCP options. If, in a profile-isolated browser, you claim Android but the network stack looks like Windows, that mismatch can trigger a flag. This feature aligns the network layer with what you specify in the browser.
Important: this is a separate masking layer. It does not replace a profile-isolated browser, but complements it — covering the network layer that the browser fingerprint does not.
How to enable it
- Dashboard → “My proxies”.
- For the proxy you need, click the gear icon on the right side of the row.
- Select “TCP Fingerprint”.
- In the window that opens, choose an OS profile from the list.
- Click “Apply”.
The setting is applied on the fly: there’s no need to restart the software or change the connection details.
How to check the result. The same window includes diagnostics — it sends a test request through your proxy and compares what the external service sees with the selected profile. Some individual parameters may differ from the reference values, and that is normal network behavior: see the explanation in the FAQ below.
If the proxy stops responding after selecting a profile
- Open the same window and select “— Native OS (reset profile) —”. If the connection is restored, the issue is with the profile.
- Try another profile from the list: different profiles combine differently with a specific operator network.
- If no profile works, leave Native OS enabled and send us the proxy PID and the profile name — we’ll look into the specific case.
Which proxies support the feature. The profile is assigned to a specific device. If the proxy’s gear menu does not show “TCP Fingerprint”, the feature is not yet available for that device — try switching to another device in the same GEO. Availability depends on the device, not the selected country.
Does the profile affect speed? The spoofing itself works at the packet-header level and does not create noticeable load. But the profile also sets MSS and window size, and these parameters affect how the network transmits data. If speed drops on a specific proxy after enabling a profile, compare it with Native OS mode and, if needed, choose another profile.
Configuring via API. You can also manage the profile programmatically — the command and parameters are described in the “API” section of your dashboard. The proxy identifier in the request is the same number (PID) shown in the first column of the “My proxies” table. An error like proxy_or_proxy_id_required means the identifier was not provided or was passed under a different parameter name: check the request example in the “API” section.
Common questions
Is this the same as the fingerprint in a profile-isolated browser?
No. Browser fingerprinting works inside the browser (JavaScript, Canvas, User-Agent). Ours works at the network-packet level, regardless of the browser. For full masking, use them together.
Will the setting disappear if I change GEO or operator?
No. The profile is automatically transferred to the new device — you won’t lose anything.
MSS shows 1400 instead of 1460 — is that an error?
No. The mobile operator lowers MSS in 4G networks (the PMTUd mechanism, Path MTU Discovery). This is unrelated to our feature. The diagnostics account for this behavior and still show “matched”.
TTL shows 47, but 64 was expected — does that mean it doesn’t work?
No. TTL decreases at each router along the path (natural hop decrement). If there are 17 nodes between you and the checking service, TTL will be 64−17=47. The diagnostics take the number of nodes into account and restore the original value.
Do Android 11 and Android 15 work the same way?
Yes. They have an identical TCP network stack: OS versions differ in the interface, not in network parameters.
Can I revert to the previous state?
Yes. Open the settings window → select “— Native OS (reset profile) —” → apply.
Is this paid?
No. The feature is free for all customers, with no extra charges.
Why MSS is lower than 1460 and whether MTU can be raised to 1500. In cellular networks, packet size is almost always smaller than on wired connections. The operator builds transport on top of tunnels, and each encapsulation layer takes away part of the packet.
Measurements on production ports on September 15, 2026, one port in ten countries: MSS from 1220 to 1460, median 1398, with 1300 and 1400 appearing most often. This corresponds to an MTU of roughly 1260 to 1500.
This is normal mobile-network behavior, not a proxy defect. A site will see exactly the same MSS for any subscriber who connects from a phone. So a reduced MSS does not reveal proxy usage — on the contrary, it confirms a mobile connection.
When this becomes a problem. If a site won’t open or cuts off on large responses, that’s a classic sign that ICMP is being blocked along the path and the endpoints can’t agree on packet size. The fix is to lower MSS on your side, not to raise MTU on ours: limit MSS on the outbound interface or in the tunnel settings to a value that passes through. If the browser profile claims a desktop computer while the network layer looks mobile, align it with a mobile profile, not the other way around.
What you cannot do: raise MTU to 1500 on our side. That is an operator-network parameter, and it is outside our control.
What are residential proxies?
Residential proxies are IP addresses of real home users, assigned by internet providers to ordinary subscribers. To websites such traffic looks like a regular person browsing from home, so the trust level is high.
Key characteristics:
- Traffic-based billing — you buy a package of gigabytes, not a separate port
- A huge address pool — tens of millions of IPs worldwide
- Country selection — specified at purchase
- Speed — 10–20 Mbps on average, depending on the GEO and the connection quality of the end device
- A single connection address for HTTP and SOCKS5
- No limit on the number of simultaneous connections
An important nuance. Behind a residential IP there is a real user's device, so some addresses may be unavailable at the moment of the request — this is normal for the technology. The success rate is around 95%. If a particular IP does not respond, simply get a new one.
Residential proxies are a separate product: they do not replace mobile proxies but complement them.
How do residential proxies differ from mobile, server and backconnect?
We offer four types of proxies:
Residential — IPs of home users. Traffic-based billing (GB), a huge address pool, automatic rotation, country selection, no limit on the number of connections. For scraping and large-scale tasks across GEOs.
Mobile — the IP of a cellular carrier backed by a real SIM card. The highest trust level on social networks. Billed per rental period of the port; the IP changes on your command or by timer.
Server — a static datacenter IP. High speed, but easier to detect. For SEO, monitoring and scraping public data.
Backconnect — built on our mobile ports: every request from a new mobile IP, up to 5 simultaneous connections.
How to choose:
- Maximum trust for a single account — mobile
- Many IPs across countries, pay-as-you-go traffic — residential
- Speed and a static IP — server
- Rotation over mobile IPs — backconnect
What are residential proxies suitable for, and what are the limitations?
A good fit:
- Scraping and data collection where address rotation matters
- Price and product monitoring across countries
- Checking ad placements and SEO positions by region
- Access to regional content
- Bulk checks and automation with a large IP pool
Less suitable: long-running work inside one social media account and tasks that need the same IP for many hours — mobile proxies are better for that.
Limitations — important to know before buying:
- Mail ports are closed (25, 465 and other SMTP). Residential proxies are not intended for mailings, and these ports cannot be opened.
- Payment services and banks are not available — access to Stripe, PayPal and banking sites is blocked.
- Government websites (.gov zones) are not available.
If your task falls under these limitations, contact support before buying and we will suggest a suitable proxy type.
How to Purchase Residential Proxies and How Traffic is Calculated?
Residential proxies are charged per traffic, not by port. You purchase a package of gigabytes that is consumed as you use it.
How to Buy:
- Open "Buy Proxies" and select the type "Residential"
- Specify the duration and country
- Choose the traffic plan and quantity — the final volume in GB will be calculated automatically
- Pay using any available method or from your balance
How Traffic is Used:
- All traffic through the proxy is counted — both sent and received
- The current usage is visible in the "My Proxies" section next to the proxy (e.g., 2 / 9 GB)
- You will receive a notification when 90% and 100% of the package is consumed
- When the traffic is exhausted, the connection stops working until replenished
- The maximum available package is 100 GB. If you need a larger volume, please contact support
How to Determine How Much Traffic You Need:
If you don't know your volume in advance — take the minimal package and work for 1–2 days in a normal mode. The current usage is visible in the "My Proxies" section next to the proxy. Multiply your daily usage by the required period — this will give you a guideline for your next purchase.
The type of task affects consumption: parsing text pages consumes a little, browsing with images consumes noticeably more, and video and other media files consume the most.
Important: discount coupons do not apply to residential proxies. Current rates are available on the purchase page.
Each purchase is counted separately. If you purchase several proxies — each has its own traffic volume, remaining balance, and usage statistics. Traffic cannot be transferred between them: if one runs out, the others continue to work, and you need to top up the proxy that has stopped.
This is convenient when proxies are distributed among different employees or projects: it’s clear who has consumed what, and one project cannot exhaust the traffic of another.
How to connect to residential proxies?
The connection details can be found in the "My proxies" section in your residential proxy line.
The address is the same for both protocols:
- Host:
residential.mobileproxy.space - Port:
2333 - Supports HTTP and SOCKS5 — on the same port
Connection server. By default, the European server is used — this one also works for connections from Russia. In the "Connection settings," you can choose another server that is closer to you or to the country whose IP you need: this only affects speed and stability; the list of countries and the addresses themselves are the same across all servers. After changing the server, take the new connection string from the proxy card — the host will change.
Username and password can be taken from the proxy card. The username for residential proxies is long — it encodes the connection parameters, so make sure to copy it in full.
Important: the username and password for mobile proxies do not work here — residential proxies have separate credentials.
Example connection string:
http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@residential.mobileproxy.space:2333
On mobile, use apps that support HTTP/SOCKS5 proxies: ShadowRocket, Tun2Socks, Happ. System proxy settings on iOS and Android usually do not work for apps.
The number of connections is unlimited — you can use the proxy simultaneously in multiple applications and profiles.
Each proxy has its own credentials. The username and password are assigned separately for each purchased proxy — they can be distributed among different employees or projects without mixing work. Buying additional traffic and extending your subscription does not change the credentials: what is set up in your software continues to work.
For proxies purchased before this change, the username and password may match each other — this is normal, they work as before.
How do you choose a country for residential proxies, and why do services show different GEOs?
The country is selected when you buy a residential proxy — in the “Filters” block on the purchase page. The country you choose is locked to that proxy for the entire rental period.
What you need to know:
- The available countries are shown in the list at checkout — it updates automatically
- If no country is selected, the proxy runs in global mode — IPs are assigned from the shared worldwide pool
- You can see the current GEO in the “My proxies” section in the “GEO / Operator” column
- You can’t change the country for an already purchased proxy in your account — you’ll need a new proxy
Why different services show different countries. There is no single GeoIP database: services use different sources and update them at different times, so the same IP address can be identified differently. We rely on the Maxmind database — the industry standard. If an exact region is critical for your task, check a few IPs through our Proxy checker.
Need a country that isn’t in the list? Contact support — we’ll let you know what’s available.
Can I choose a specific provider? Yes. In addition to the country, the residential proxy connection settings also let you choose the region, city, and ASN — the autonomous system number, meaning a specific provider. The ASN list is loaded for the selected country, so the country is chosen first, and everything else after that.
Keep the trade-off in mind: the narrower the filter, the fewer IPs remain in the pool. If you choose a country, city, and ASN at the same time, the number of available IPs may be very small, and rotation may be noticeably less diverse. Start with the country and add more specific filters only if your task really requires it.
The same parameters are available via API, using the residential proxy settings command.
How does the IP change for residential proxies and how to change it manually?
Residential proxies have two operating modes — they are defined in the “Connection Settings” of the proxy.
Rotation on every request. Each new request is made from a different IP in the pool. This is convenient for scraping and bulk checks.
Fixed session. The system retains the same IP for a specified time (using the session and sessTime parameters in the login). This is suitable for account work and situations where a stable address is needed.
How to get a new IP on demand. In fixed session mode, open the operations for the proxy and click “Change IP” — or use the permanent link from this window. The connection details do not change: host, port, username, and password remain the same, and you don’t need to update anything in your software. The session retention timer restarts.
In rotation mode, there is no button — the address changes automatically with each request. If you are generating the login yourself, a new IP can be obtained by changing the session name: for example, from session-abcd1234 to session-abcd1235.
Limitation. Too frequent changes are rejected — wait about 20 seconds and try again.
Sometimes the address remains the same. Addresses are assigned from a pool of live devices, and the pool may return the same device. We automatically retry; if the address hasn't changed — repeat the change after 20 seconds.
Why can the IP change earlier than the session time. Behind a residential address is a real user's device, and it can disconnect at any moment. Therefore, the session time is a desired duration, not a guarantee.
Average lifespan of a residential IP:
- On average — about 40 minutes
- Approximately half of addresses work for more than an hour
- About a quarter — for more than two hours
This statistic is based on a large sample: for individual connections, time is not guaranteed. If you need a stable IP for several hours, mobile proxies are a better option.
Change history. All changes are visible in the proxy operations → “IP Change History”: date, obtained address, and source of the change.
What to Do When Your Residential Proxy Runs Out of Traffic?
When your traffic package is exhausted, the connection stops working. This is not a malfunction — it simply means the paid volume has been used up.
How to Check Your Balance: Open "My Proxies" — next to your residential proxy, you'll see the usage displayed in the format "used / total" (for example, 9 / 9 GB). We send notifications when you reach 90% and 100% usage.
What You Can Do:
- Buy More Traffic for your current proxy — reach out to support and we’ll add more volume
- Purchase a New residential proxy with the desired package
- Request a Refund for unused traffic if you no longer need the proxy
Tip: If your traffic is being consumed faster than expected, check if your software is loading heavy content — images, videos, media files. All traffic is counted through the proxy, both sent and received.
Traffic is counted for each proxy separately. Each purchased proxy has its own volume, and it cannot be transferred to others: if traffic runs out on one, the others keep working, and additional purchases need to be made specifically for the proxy that is down. This way, you can see usage for each project or employee separately.
The purchase button is located in the operations for the needed proxy. The purchased traffic is added to its balance, and the connection details remain unchanged.
Residential Proxy Not Working or Running Slowly — What to Check?
Follow these steps — in most cases, the issue is resolved in the first two.
1. Check your traffic balance. Go to “My proxies”: if the package is completely used up, the connection won't work.
2. Get a new IP. Some addresses may be unavailable — this is normal for residential proxies, with connection success rates around 95%. If you’re using a sticky session, click “Change IP” in the proxy operations — the connection credentials will remain unchanged. If no session is set, just repeat the request — the IP will change automatically.
3. Check the credentials. The login for residential proxies is long, so copy it in full. Your mobile proxy login and password won't work here.
4. Check if the site is under restrictions. Mail ports, payment services, banks, and sites in the .gov zone are not accessible through residential proxies.
About speed. The average speed is 10–20 Mbps. It depends on the country and the quality of the connection at the endpoint device: in regions with poor internet, speed will be lower. If speed is critical, try a different GEO.
If nothing worked — contact support, provide the proxy PID, and specify what exactly is not working.
How to Change the IP of a Residential Proxy via Link or Script?
The link to change the IP is permanent — it can be called from a script, scheduler, or anti-detect browser. Open the operations for the proxy → "Change IP": in the window, you will find the link itself, a copy button, and ready-made examples for cURL, PHP, Python, and Go.
Response in JSON. Add &format=json to the link — you will receive a response with the status and the new_ip field. If the new address cannot be determined immediately, the field will come empty, but the change will have already been executed.
Backup Links. In the same window, there are addresses on another domain and by IP — these will be useful if your main domain is unavailable.
Via API. Use the command residential_change_ip with the parameter proxy_id — see the API section.
Limitation. Too frequent changes are rejected: wait about 20 seconds and try again.
The change is available in pinned session mode. In rotation mode, separate changes are unnecessary — every request comes from a new address.
Clicked 'Change IP' on the residential proxy, but the address didn't change
Residential addresses are issued from a pool of live devices, and the pool may return the same device. We automatically retry, so most of the time the address changes right away.
What to do:
- wait about 20 seconds and click 'Change IP' again — usually, that's enough;
- check the current address through the proxy using any IP detection service: it might have already changed, while the old one remains in your program's cache;
- if rotation is enabled for the proxy, a separate change is unnecessary — each request leaves with a new address;
- if you need an address from another country or city — change not the IP, but the settings in 'Connection Settings'.
If the address doesn't change after several attempts in a row — contact support and provide the proxy PID.
What Does the 'Connection Server' Impact for Residential Proxies?
The connection server is the entry point through which your traffic enters the pool of residential addresses. It affects only the speed and stability of the connection since the route changes.
What Doesn’t Change: The list of available countries and the IP addresses themselves are the same on all servers.
How to Choose. In the 'Connection Settings', select the server closest to you — or to the country whose IP you need. By default, the European server is enabled, which is also suitable for connecting from Russia without additional settings.
After changing the server, take the new connection string from the proxy card: the login, password, and port remain unchanged; only the host changes.
Do my residential proxies have the same username and password — is that normal?
It depends on when they were purchased.
New purchases. Each residential proxy is issued with its own username and password, unique traffic volume, and usage statistics. This proxy can be assigned to a specific employee or used for a specific project — it does not affect your other proxies.
Previously purchased proxies. They share credentials: only the parameters in the username differ — the country, city, and session name. This is a working scheme; there’s nothing to fix. We will not change the credentials of existing proxies because they are already set up in your applications.
How to tell apart. Compare the usernames in the proxy cards: if they start the same way — these are old scheme proxies with shared credentials.
Note: proxies with shared credentials also share traffic — the usage of one reduces the remaining balance of the others. New proxies have separate traffic.
Residential proxies: IP rotation, sticky sessions and changing IP via link
For residential proxies, the working mode is defined directly in the connection string — in the login. The ready-made string for your purchase is shown in the dashboard: «My proxies» → gear icon → «Connection settings». There you can also change the mode and copy the new string.
Two working modes
1. Rotation on every request. No session parameters are set — each new request goes out from a different IP in the pool. Suitable for scraping, bulk checks and data collection.
2. Sticky session. The login specifies a session name and its duration in minutes. While the session is alive, all requests go out from the same address. Suitable for working with accounts, carts and forms — anywhere an IP change mid-work breaks the session on the website side.
How to get a new IP within a sticky session
- IP change link. For sticky sessions, a personal link appears in the IP change column of the dashboard. Open it and a new address will be assigned to the same session. Your connection credentials do not change, so there is no need to edit the configuration in your software.
- Changing the session name. Change the session name in the login — for example, from
session-abcd1234tosession-abcd1235. You will get a new IP, but you will have to update the settings on your side.
The link can be called from a script. Repeated calls sent too often are rejected — leave a pause between requests. The address change is also available via API: the command is described in the «API» section of the dashboard.
Proxies in rotation-on-every-request mode have no IP change link — the address changes on its own there.
How many sticky sessions can run at the same time
One connection string carries one session name, which means one sticky IP at any given moment. If your task requires several sticky addresses in parallel, use separate connections — one per address you need.
Why the IP may change earlier than the session duration
Behind a residential address there is a real user device, and it can disconnect at any moment. That is why the session duration is a desired holding time, not a guarantee. If your task needs a stable address for many hours, mobile proxies are more reliable: there the IP is backed by our own equipment, and it changes only on your command or on a timer.
What to choose for your task
- Scraping, SERP checks, bulk requests — rotation on every request.
- Logging into an account, placing an order, working with a form — sticky session.
- Long work with a single account over many hours — mobile proxies.
Can I route VPN, Xray, VLESS and other tunnel traffic through the proxy?
We provide a communication channel and do not interfere with its content: we do not inspect, modify or filter traffic. On our side there is neither a list of allowed protocols nor a list of forbidden ones.
How it works technically. The proxy operates over HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. Anything your software can send through a SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy will pass through it. Tunnel and VPN clients — including Xray, V2Ray, WireGuard, OpenVPN, Shadowsocks and similar ones — usually support an outbound connection through a proxy. If your client offers that support, you can set our credentials as the outbound connection.
What to keep in mind
- We operate existing mobile carrier and provider networks and do not influence their internal policies. How a network handles particular connection types is outside our control.
- A permanent tunnel is a long-lived connection and usually a noticeable volume of data. On mobile proxies traffic is not metered, but the actual speed depends on base station load and signal quality.
- If traffic from several users goes through a single proxy, the number of simultaneous connections grows — worth taking into account when choosing a plan and the number of proxies.
- There is no universal answer to whether a specific setup will work: too much depends on your client, its settings and the network. Check it on a free trial or during the first days of the rental.
Responsibility. You are responsible for what traffic you route through the proxy and for what purpose. Use of the service is governed by the terms of service.
Are IPv6 addresses supported?
In short: the service runs over IPv4.
Connecting to the proxy. You connect via an IPv4 address or a domain that resolves to IPv4. Your device can be on any network — the only requirement is that it can establish an outbound IPv4 connection.
Outbound address. Towards the websites you visit, the proxy goes out from an IPv4 address. This is the address websites see, and the same one shown in the dashboard and in checkers.
What this means in practice
- The vast majority of websites are reachable over IPv4, so in day-to-day work you will not notice a difference.
- A resource available only over IPv6, with no IPv4 address at all, will not open through the proxy.
- Checks that expect IPv6 will report its absence — this is expected behaviour, not a connection error.
About IPv6 leaks. A leak is when your software goes to a website directly over IPv6, bypassing the proxy. This happens on your device, not on the proxy: if IPv6 is enabled in your system and your software can use it, some requests may travel outside the tunnel and expose your real address. You can check this on our leak test page. The most reliable fix is to disable IPv6 in the system, or in your browser or antidetect profile settings.
Will IPv6 be available? There is no separate IPv6 product at the moment. If you need it for a specific task, tell us which one — we take such requests into account when planning.
What an activation code is and where to get one
An activation code is a string in the form XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX that gives you a proxy on your account. We sell such codes on third-party digital goods marketplaces.
A code carries a specific product: proxy type, country and term, for example "mobile, Russia, 30 days". What exactly you get is written in the product description on the marketplace and shown on the activation page before you confirm.
The purchase happens on the marketplace and you pay the marketplace. We issue the proxy once you enter the code on our site.
How to redeem a code
Open the activation page: the link comes together with the code when you buy. Enter the code — dashes are optional and case does not matter.
Then:
- if you are not signed in yet, sign in or register: the proxy is issued to an account, and your code is kept meanwhile;
- check the product shown on screen;
- pick a location within the country if you are offered the choice;
- press "Activate".
After activation the proxy appears in My proxies, together with connection details, the IP rotation link and settings.
When the rental period starts
The rental period starts at the moment you activate the code, not when you buy it. If you bought a code and redeemed it a week later, you do not lose that week.
Waiting works the same way: if no equipment was free and the code sat in the queue, the term starts when the proxy is actually issued.
No equipment is free. What happens to the code
It happens: equipment is physical, and in a popular country everything may be taken. Your code is not spent. The screen offers four ways out:
- Wait. The code joins the queue. As soon as equipment frees up the proxy is issued automatically and we notify you by Telegram and email. Waiting does not consume the rental period.
- Take another country of the same type from the available list.
- Take another proxy type of the same or lower value, if offered.
- Credit the face value to your balance and buy whatever you need yourself.
If none of these work for you, contact support and include your marketplace order number.
How long an activation code stays valid
The period during which a code can be activated is stated in the product description and on the activation page. It is normally 12 months from issue.
Do not confuse the two periods. The code validity is the time you have to present it. The proxy rental period is separate and starts at activation.
Can an activation code be refunded
An unredeemed code is refunded through the marketplace where you bought it, under that marketplace rules. We did not receive your money, so the refund happens there.
A redeemed code is not refundable: the service has been delivered, the proxy is issued and working.
If the proxy does not work or you received the wrong product, do not open a marketplace dispute right away — contact us, it is resolved faster.
The code is not found or does not work
First check what you typed. Codes never contain 0, O, 1 or I — these are the characters people confuse. Dashes are optional and case does not matter.
If the code is correct and the message persists, the reasons can be:
- the code has already been redeemed — if that was you, open My proxies, the product is there;
- the period for activating it has expired;
- the code was revoked because the payment on the marketplace was reversed.
The message is deliberately the same in all cases, so that a code belonging to someone else cannot be probed by guessing. Contact support with the code and your marketplace order number and we will check it.
Can I give the code to someone else
Yes, while it is not redeemed a code is just a string, you can gift or resell it. Any account can redeem it.
Two things to keep in mind. A code works once: whoever redeems it gets the proxy. And we do not restore codes that were lost or passed to the wrong person, because we have no way to tell who the rightful holder of a string is.
Once redeemed, the proxy is bound to an account and is passed on with the regular proxy transfer, not with the code.
Where can I see the traffic usage of a proxy?
Traffic usage is shown in your account separately for each proxy.
How to open it: go to My proxies, click the operations button in the row of the proxy you need and choose Traffic.
What you see:
- Today — usage since 00:00 of the current day
- 30 days — total usage over the last month
- Received — how much you downloaded through the proxy
- Sent — how much you uploaded through the proxy
Below is a chart with a By day / By hour switch. The hourly view covers three days and shows whether traffic runs around the clock or only during working hours.
When the data appears: the first figures show up about 10 minutes after you start using the proxy. If you have not connected yet, the window will say there is no usage so far.
History depth: accounting started on 8 September 2026, so there is no data for earlier periods. The hourly chart keeps three days, the daily one keeps 30 days.
For residential proxies the same menu item opens their own counter — with the traffic package usage and the remaining balance.
Why does the traffic usage differ from the counter in my software?
A small difference is normal: we and your software count different things.
We count at the network level. The figure includes everything that actually went through the channel: the payload plus TCP/IP headers, connection setup, TLS handshakes and retransmission of lost packets.
Your software usually counts the payload — request and response bodies, without protocol overhead.
That is why our number is almost always slightly higher. A difference of a few percent is expected; it is more noticeable where there are many short requests, because headers make up a larger share of them.
This does not affect billing. Mobile and server proxies are charged for the rental period, not per gigabyte. The counter is there only so that you can see the load.
If the difference is not a few percent but several times over, contact support and include the proxy number, the period and the figure from your software.
Is there a traffic limit on mobile and server proxies?
No. Mobile and server proxies are charged for the port rental period, not for the amount of traffic. The counter in the Traffic section is informational: it shows the load and does not affect the price.
What to keep in mind:
- Speed depends on the carrier and on the load of the particular equipment, and may change during the day
- Separate rules apply to VPN and tunnel traffic — there is a dedicated question about it in the FAQ
Residential proxies work the other way round: they are paid for by traffic. You buy a package of gigabytes, and once it is used up the connection stops working until you top it up.
Where to Find the Proxy PID (Number)
PID is the number of your port in your personal account. Support and the bot use it to find a specific proxy: each port has its own connection details, and without the number it’s unclear which one you mean.
Where to find it: “My proxies” → ports table → first column. It’s a number like 546439.
The PID does not change when you change IP, change equipment, or change GEO. It’s tied to the port, not the address, so it stays the same for the entire rental period and after renewal.
If you have several proxies, make sure to specify the PID of the one that has the issue. “The proxy doesn’t work” without a number takes longer to investigate: the operator has to check all your ports.
If the table is empty:
- you’re logged into a different account — check the phone number or email you used to sign in;
- the rental period has ended — expired proxies are removed from the main list, and records older than six months are moved to the archive. If you need a PID from the archive, contact support and we’ll find it for you.
When you contact us in chat, just send the number on a single line. That’s the fastest way to get a straight answer.
Why the mobile carrier changed after equipment replacement
When you change equipment, the system selects an available port in the chosen location. The mobile carrier may end up being different: you get whichever equipment is free in that location at the time of the request.
Why addresses from different carriers can look similar. Some carriers operate as virtual providers: they don’t have their own network and instead lease infrastructure from another carrier. Yota runs on MegaFon’s network, and a number of virtual operators use MTS, Beeline, and Tele2 networks. That’s why the outgoing address may be identified as belonging to the base carrier, even though the SIM card technically belongs to a different one. This isn’t a delivery error — that’s how the mobile market works.
The practical takeaway: if you need the new port to be on a different subnet, don’t rely on the carrier name. Changing the carrier does not guarantee a subnet change, and changing the subnet does not require changing the carrier.
If your task requires a specific carrier — specify it in the equipment change form. If there’s no free equipment with the required carrier in the location, the system won’t be able to find a match; what to do in that case is described in the article “The required GEO, city, or carrier is not available”.
Why two IP addresses are shown in the proxy card
In the port card, there is a block for programs that can’t work with domain names and require an address specifically. It contains a table in the format “domain equals address”.
There are two or three rows in this table:
- the HTTP entry point and its address;
- the SOCKS5 entry point and its address;
- the equipment server address — shown if you opened the direct credentials.
The HTTP and SOCKS5 entry points are located next to each other in our network, so their addresses differ only in the last digits. This is not an error or a duplicate: they are two different servers for two different protocols.
Important: neither of these addresses is the one websites see you as. The outbound address belongs to the mobile device and looks completely different. You can check it in the Proxy checker in your personal account or with any external IP detection service accessed through your proxy.
We recommend connecting via the domain name rather than the address: the domain is permanent, while the entry point address may change if the server is moved. The addresses in this block are provided for cases where you can’t use a domain.
